CARD SET: SUMMER FRIENDS (1)

For this card set, used the Summer Friends stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh.

I wanted to create my own patter background with watercolors. I used Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink. For each of the three cards, I created a different background. One with broad stripes, one with thin stripes and one with circles.

I die cut watercolor paper with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables, three times. On each of the panels I used stencils from My Favorite Thhings: Drifts & Hills and the Clouds stencil. For the clouds I used Salty Ocean Distress Ink. For the sandy beach I used Brushed Corduroy.

I stamped every image from the stamp set and used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color them. Here are the colors I used:
Girl with unicorn: 070 - Flesh Color/ 072 - Beige/ 020 - Red/ 091 - Light Grey/ 070 - Orange/ 050 - Yellow/ 041 - Light Green/ 036 - Light Blue/ 080 - Violet
Girl with sunglasses: 070 - Flesh color/ 052 - Brught Yellow/ 032 - Persian Blue/ 025 - Pink/ 042 - Turquoise Green/ 041 - Light Green
Boy with sunglasses: 070 - Flesh color: 090 - Grey/ 042 - Turquoise Green/ 070 - Orange/ 050 - Yellow/ 032 - Persian Blue
Other boy: 072 - Beige/ 062 - Dark brown/ 020 - Red/ 032 - Persian Blue
Sand castle: 072 - Beige/ 042 - Turquoise Green
Bucket: 050 - Yellow/ 072 - Beige/ 025 - Pink
Drinks: 025 - Pink/ 036 - Light Blue/ 050 - Yellow/ 041 - Light Grey
Ball: 060 - Yellow/ 070 - Orange/ 020 - Red/ 041 - Light Green/ 080 - Violet/ 030 - Light Blue

I fussy cut the images and assembled the cards. I stamped the sentiment, the same on all three cards. I added each panel onto a Peacock cardbase.
