HAPPY HAUNTING (3)

I think the Rooftop die set is meant for Christmas cards, but I decided to make this Halloween card with it using the Booyah stamp set. All products are from Lawn Fawn.

I started by die cutting all the elements. For the roof I used Narwhal cardstock, which I ink blended with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink. The chimney was die cut from Paper Bag cardstock and Chili Pepper cardstock. I ink blended both pieces. The top with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and the bottom piece with Aged Mahogany.

I also die cut some lights, using the Mini String of Lights die set. The string was die cut from Black Licorice Ink. For the lights I used Fake Tan, Sugarplum and Cilantro cardstock. I ink blended them with Ripe Persimmon, Dusty Concord and Lucky Clover Distress Inks.

For the sky, I used some Distress Oxide Inks: Shaded Lilac and Blueprint Sketch. I die cut a moon, from the Sun and Moon die set. I used Sunflower cardstock with Fossilized Amber Distress Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Ghosts: C0 - C3 - 0
Hat: YG13 - YG07
Wings: W5 - W7
Bow tie: YR15 - YR07
Speech Bubble: C0 - C3

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment and added some hightlight with a white gelly roll pen.

Fun to use this die this way.

CRAFTY HAUL (35)

The new Lawn Fawn release is out and I already got a few of the new products. Some I bought, some I received. Next week I will also share the products I got for my Lawn Fawn gift cards, but this order is still on the way from the US to the Netherlands. So, here is what I got now:

The Spooky Village stamp set was my favorite stamp set from the start. I love creating Halloween cards and I also love the whol village stamp set series. And this is a great addition to my collection.

The Fall Fling Paper pad was send to me by Lawn Fawn. I use pattern paper only so often, but some times you create a card where it fits perfectly. And fall colors are the best!

The Flippin' Awesome die made me so excited. I already made one card with it and it's super easy to create. It is a bit time consuming, but it's worth the time.

For the Build-the-House die set (which is on its way), I got several of the reveal wheel products. Like the Reveal Wheel Build-a-House Add-On, the Tiny Halloween stamp set, Tiny Christmas stamp set and the Reveal Wheel templates.

I love making under water themed cards, so why not for a Christmas card. This Christmas Fishes stamp set is just too cute, love all those images. And what I really like is that you can add various faces to the jelly fish and crab. That's something new, at least for the critters.

The Tree Before 'n After stamp set will work perfectly with the Magic Picture Changer, but also on its own. I already have a ton of ideas, like a card with all four seasons on it. Can't wait to start working with this set.

Lawn Fawn also send met de Ho-Ho-Holidays stamp set, Rooftop Border die and Mini String of Lights die set. All can work so well together. The dies I would probably not have bought myself, but I do like them a lot.

Happy crafting!!!

The new Lawn Fawn release is out now and I already go a few items earlier from them. I created this Flippin' Awesome card, using the die of the same name with the Spooky Village stamp set.

Pumpkins: Y38 - YR68/ YG13 - G14
Tombstones: C0 - C3 - C5/ YG13 - G14
Kids: Y38 - YR68/ YG13 - G14/ BV000 - BV02/ Y06 - Y11/ C0 - C3 - C5/ E00 - E11/ W5 - W7
Ghosts: C0 - C3 - 0
Clouds: C0 - 0
Moon + stars: Y11 - Y06

I die cut all the images with my Cuttlebug and assembled the Flippin' Awesome part. I added it to a die cut piece of Blule jay cardstock, which was die cut with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables die. I added this to a Kraft cardbase. I added a sentiment to a banner, that comes with the Flippin' Awesome set. I used Chili Pepper cardstock and white embossing powder. For the tab I also used Blue Jay and Chili Pepper cardstocks.

Super fun and easy to make, I will be using both the die and stamps many times I guess.
