I die cut the Peek-a-Boo Backdrop die from Knock On Wood paper. I assembled the card and stamped the sentiment. I adhered the panel onto a Canned Pumpkin cardbase.

As a finishing touch, I added some highlights to the images with a white gelly roll pen.

It was a very quick and easy card to make.

REVEAL WHEEL (7)

I designed this reveal wheel card for the Lawn Fawnatics Design Team. And this was a super fun project. In our design team, we had to make pairs of two. I teamed up with Christy. We had to pick the same Lawn Fawn products and create a card with it. We choose the You Are Sublime stamp set and the Reveal Wheel die. And this time we are not featured on the Lawn Fawnatics blog, but we have a post on the Lawn Fawn blog!!!!

I started by die cutting all the elements to create the reveal wheel. For the front panel, I wanted to do some ink blending. I used Distress Oxides: Cracked Pistachio and Salty Ocean. I applied Yeti Ink through the Rays stencil from Tim Holtz. To soften this white look, I rubbed it off with a paper towel.

I die cut two hills, with the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. I ink blended some Antique Linnen and Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I also added some splatter, with Walnut Stain.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Submarine: R14 - R46/ C3 - C5/ C0 - C2/ YG41
Lobster: R14 - R46
Little fish: Y38 - YR07
Greenery: YG11 - YG13
Corals: YR00 - YR01 - Y02/ YG41 - G02/ R22 - R35
Hearts: R22 - R35

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment and added the panel onto a Chili Pepper cardbase. I stamped the little arrow next to the wheel.

Please make sure to check the Lawn Fawn Blog also Christy's awesome YouTube channel, to check her card and what she did with the same products.

HAPPY HOWL-O-WEEN, WISHING YOU A TREAT-FILLED DAY (1)

For the ones thinking it's too early for Halloween card, look away. I can't wait for the fall to start and to create more Halloween cards. I just love making these cards. And I just needed a reason to use the Happy Howloween stamp set from Lawn Fawn.

First, I die cut all the elements for the scene. I took Black Licorice cardstock to die cut from, using the Village Border die. From Sticky Note cardstock, I die cut the little lights that go behind each window ( which I hate doing, it's so tiny). I also used the Grassy Border die and the Leafy Tree Backdrop: Landscape die. I only cut off the three, not using the frame.

I ink blended the sky with Distress Oxide Inks, using Shaded Lilac and Blueprint Sketch. For the grass I used Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink. For the tree I used regular Distress Inks, being Ground Espresso and Brushed Corduroy.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markes. Here are the colors I used:
Dogs: E53 - E55 - E57
Pumpkins: YR04 - YR07/ YG13 - G17
Superhero costume: R17 - R46
Hotdog costume: E25 - E29/ E08 - E18/ Y15 - YR23
Bones: E41 - E43
Bowl: BG15 - BG18

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment and added some hightlights and dots to the images, using a white gelly roll pen. I adhered the panel onto a Chili Pepper cardbase.

Do you still think it's too early? These images are too adorable, so I just couldn't help myself.

IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY, ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS (5)

For this birthday scene, I used the Village Shops stamp set, together with the little critters from Coaster Critters. Both sets are from Lawn Fawn.

I started by die cutting all the scene elements. I used the Grassy Border die and the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. I ink blended all the scene elements with Distress Inks. For the sky I used Salty Ocean, for the grass border Twisted Citron and for the grassy hill I used a combination of Lucky Clover and Twisted Citron.

I die cut a road, with the Road Border die. I used Black Licorice cardstock and regular white cardstock for the back. This was the first time that I used this die.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used (the toasstools are from the Critters in te Forest stamp set):
Shops + Ice cream truck: E53 - E55/ R81 - R83/ Y11 = Y06/ B00 - B12/ R22 - R35/ C0
Bench: E53 - E55 - E57
Sign: C0 - C3/ R22 - R35
Bunny: C0 - C3
Bear: E000 - E11/ B00 - B12
Fox: E08 - E18/ E000 - E11
Tadstools: R22 - R35/ C0 - C3

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment and added some highlights and dots to the images, with a white gelly roll pen. For the roof on the left shop, I added more details. I did this because I had smooshed some black ink onto it, with my inky fingers. I tried to cover it up with the gelly roll pen.

I added the panel onto a Ballet Slippers cardbase.

CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW PAD (1)

I made this 'new home' card, using the Toadally Awesome stamp set, together with the Bayou Backdrop die. Both are from Lawn Fawn.

I first die cut all the elements that I wanted to create my scene with. Besides the Bayou Backdrop die, I also used Simple Stitched Hillside Borders, Grassy Borders and Meadow Borders.

I ink blended all the scene elements with Distress Oxide Inks. The colors I used are Blueprint Sketch and Shaded Lilac for the sky. For the bayou scene and the front grass border I used Twisted Citron. For the water I used Salty Ocean and I took Cracked Pistachio for the grass border in the back. The seperate leaves I ink blended with Abandoned Coral.

Onto the background I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment, with white Ranger embossing powder. And I added water drops to the water portion of the scene. I dabbed the drops off with a paper towel.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Frogs: UG11 - G21/ BG93 - BG96
