SENDING YOU WARM HUGS (3)

Time to get out the Cocoa Cups die set from My Favorite Things, for this Christmas card.

I started on the background. I die cut a white piece of cardstock with the Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX. I didn't want to leave it plain white, so I took a stencil from Altenew (Halftone Stencil) and blended Iced Spruce onto the paper. I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and heat embossed it with Clear Gloss embossing powder from Wow.

I went over to my die cutting. I die cut all the elements from Ballet Slippers cardstock and Peacock cardstock. I used regular brown and white cardstock for the tea and cream. I assembled the elements. I added some White Neon Amplify from Tsukineko to the cream and hit it with my heat tool. The white starts to puff and it looks like actual cream. I added some glitter to the hearts on the mugs, with the Clear Sparkle Pen from Spectrum Noir and then added Glossy Accents to them.

For the tea bag, I used a piece of twine that I adhered to the label of the tea bag and the other end I tucked under the tea.

I adhered the mugs onto the stenciled background and added the panel onto a piece of Perfectly Plaid Chill paper. The completed panel I added to a Ballet Slippers cardbase.

A hug in a mug!

CHEERY HOLIDAY (1)

For this simple Christmas card, I used the Cheery Christmas stamp set from Lawn Fawn.

I started by die cutting two rectangles, with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables. One from Perfectly Plaid Chill paper and the other from Sticky note cardstock. The plaid one I trimmed and then adhered it to the Sticky Note paper. I stamped the sentiment into the left corner.

I stamped all the images. The mistletoe I stamped in Freshly Cut Grass Ink and the ladder in Doe Ink. The other images I colored with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Squirrels: E08 - E18
Bird: BG34 - BG13/ R14
Santa hat + berries: R14 - R46

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I added the panel onto a Blue Jay cardbase, leaving a big border around the panel.

Really simple and I used the color pallette from the pattern paper.

CARD SET: SNOW MUCH FUN (1)

I created three cards with one stamp set, using the Snow Much Fun set from Avery Elle.

I started with all the die cutting. I die cut a circle from Mermaid cardstock, with the Small Stitched Circle Stackables. I die cut a snow bank, that I embossed with the Stiched Borders. The hills I die cut from Narwhal cardstock, using the Stitched Mountain Borders. And I die cut a scalloped circle from Raspberry cardstock, using the Scalloped Circle Stackables.

I stamped the images and started coloring. I used Copic Markers, here are the colors I used:
Bear: E29 -E57/ E31 - E33
Scarf: BG34 - BG13
Goggles: BG000 - B00/ B37 - B39
Bunny: W3 - W5
Scarf: R35 - R46
Sled: B18 - B37 - B39
Raccoon: W5 - W7/ W0 - W2
ScarfL B18 - B37 - B39
Present: BG34 - BG13/ R35 - R46
Mouse: E31 - E33
Sweater: R35 - R46
Penguin: W5 - W7/ W0/ YR04 - R14
Hat: B18 - B37 - B39
Hedgehog: E57 - E29/ E31 - E33
Hat: BG34 - BG13/ R35 - R46
Bag: BG34 - BG13

I fussy cut all the images, assembled the card and stamped the sentiments on each card. I adhered the circles onto three different Knit Picky pattern papers. The panels were adhered to Raspberry cardbases. As a finishing toch, I added some Nuvo Crystal Drops to the sky, in the color Gloss White.

Three cards from one stamp set, I love doing this and having them in a similar style. Or as here, the same design with only the images and sentiments being different.

HAVE A CHEERY CHRISTMAS (1)

For this Christmas card I used the Cheery Christmas stamp set from Lawn Fawn.

I started by die cutting all the elements. The sky is from Mermaid cardstock and I die cut this with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables. For the hills I used the Stitched Hillside Borders. I stamped the sentiment onto the front hill, in Lobster Ink and Freshly Cut Grass Ink. For the sky, I wanted to add some snow. I stamped the snow, from Snow Cool, in Yeti Ink.

I stamped all the images. The tree was stamped in Noble Fir. The rest of the images I colored with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Deer: E57 - E29/ E11 - E33
Squirrel: E18 - E08
Bird: YR00 - YR02/ E14 - YR04
Presents + ornaments: YG06 - YG07/ R22 - R35/ R46 - R59
Star: Y02 - Y15

I assembled the card and added the panel onto a piece of Knit Picky paper. I adhered the panel onto a Cilantor cardbase.

I have so many ideas with this stamp set, you'll be seeing these cute critters very often I guess.

WISHING YOU HAPPINESS (1)

This time, I didn't create a Christmas card with the Winter Village stamp set from Lawn Fawn, but a new home card.

I started by stamping one of the houses and the street light. I colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
House: NG23 - BG13 - BG49
Roof: Y00 - Y02
Rest of the house: C3 - C5
Street Light: Y02

I stamped a banner from Bannertastic and used a sentiment from Seaside Seagulls, by MFT. I colored the banner with C0, C3 and C5 Copic Markers.

I die cut a piece of Perfectly Plaid Chill paper, with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables. With the Small Stitched Circle Stackables I die cut a piece of Sunflower cardstock. I also used the Sunflower cardstock to cut the base of the card, with the Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Stackables.

I assembled the card and assed it to a Peacock cardbase.

I'm a huge fan of this color pallette, that comes with the Perfectly Plaid Chill paper pads.

IT'S A GIRL (2)

For this baby card, I used the Happy Hatchling die set from Lawn Fawn.

I started on die cutting all the elements. For the background I die cut a piece of Mermaid cardstock with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables. From Cilantro cardstock I die cut a grass border with the Meadow Borders die. The chick I die cut from Sticky Note cardstock and the beak and feet from Fake Tan cardstock. The egg shells were cut from regular white cardstock.

I stamped the banner, from Bannertastic, in Ballet Slippers Ink and Bubblegum Ink. The sentiment is from Plus One and I colored the little hearts in with a R14 Copic Marker.

I assembled the card and added the panel onto a Ballet Slippers cardbase.

I really like creating an all die cut card, it gives such a different look. And they are so easy to make!

CRAFTY HAUL (16)

My birthday was October 7th and I got a bunch of cool crafty stuff from my parents and brother. Here is what I got:

The Cheery Christmas stamp set from Lawn Fawn, is from last year's fall/ winter release. It can coordinate with Toboggan Together. I especially like the string of lights, the ladder and the little bird that you can put ontop of it.

The Here We Go A-Waddling stamp set from Lawn Fawn, is from this year's fall/ winter release. I can create a complete choir of penguins if I want. I already made one card with this set. So adorable!!!

I love using stencils. This Halftone Stencil from Altenew looks so cool. Not sure what to use it for yet, but I bet it will look amazing.

I really wanted this role of masking tape from Post-It. It is not tacky at all, really easy to remove and apply. Perfect to mask off areas I want to keep from getting inked or blended.

I got two Lawn Fawn cardstock packs. The colors Raspberry and Ballet Slippers.

The Ocean Hillside Pop-Up Add-On die set, will add waves to your pop-up cards, instead of simple hills. They can also be used on flat cards, but were made for interactive cards.

I already had the For You, Deer stamp set and coordinating dies, but no I got the For You, Deer Add-On. You can create tags or even bookmarks with them. I can't wait to create something with these dies.

Last I got two new Lawn Fawn Inks: Moonstone Ink and Grape Soda Ink. Both great additions to my growing Lawn Fawn collection.

I'm sure I will create som cool stuff with all this. Happy crafting!!!
