HAPPY HALLOWEEN (17)

In honor of their new release, I decided to share a card with you with one of Lawn Fawn's newest sets, one of the things that was kindly send to my by them: Fangtastic Friends. I just love a good Halloween set and we haven't had a bat-themed set before. So I'm super excited about this. I also used one fo their new stencils.

For the background, I used the Nighttime Sky Stencil and a cloud stencil. I masked of the moon, where I want it to go later. I added clouds to the background using Villainous Potion Oxide Ink. I smoothed the colors with Shaded Lilac Oxide Ink and later went over it with Villainous Potion and the stencil again.

I added splatter to the background, using one of the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors paints.

I switched over to the moon part of the stencil and very softly blended the moon using Manataa Ink. I also added the little craters to the moon.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. The colors I used, you can see below:

BOO (3)

When Halloween is still far away, I'm already here making Halloween cards. And with the new Lawn Fawn release going live next week, I'm so ready for it. I used an earlier Halloween set from Lawn Fawn: Fox Costumes Before 'n After. I combined it with the Pick of the Patch stamp set.

For the sky I used Lawn Fawn Inks for blending, I tip from Elena Roussakis, from the Lawn Fawn design team. I used Mermaid, Fish Tank and Deep Sea Ink. I hardly ever use dye inks for blending, but I think this looks amazing.

I die cut a Simple Stitched Hillside Border and the Puffy Clouds Border, both from Cilantro cardstock. I ink blended them with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink. The puffy clouds are bushes here.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of the colors:

I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I die cut the word "Boo" from Sugarplum cardstock, using Henry's ABCs. I ink blended the letters with Villainous Potion.

As a finishing touch I used a white gelpen to add highlights.

POPPIN' UP TO SAY.... (1)

Today is the start of yet another awesome Lawn Fawnatics challenge. And I think it's a new theme, one we haven't done before: Change a Scene. So you can use a ton of Lawn Fawn's cool dies, like the Magic Picture Changer, Flippin' Awesome Die, Reveal Wheel die, you name it. I decided to use the Pull Tab card. I used the Let's Toast stamp set together with Berry Special, and of course the Let's Toast Pull Tab Add-On.

I used Ballet Slippers cardstock for teh background. I wanted to create a table with a table cloth on it. I used Gotta Have Gingham paper and added a piece of Raspberry cardstock to the bottom of it, die cutting it with the one of the Scalloped Borders dies.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Mice: E41 - E43 - E44/ E00 - E11/ G24 - G46
Strawberries: R17 - R46/ G24 - G46
Toaster: W0 - W2 - W3/ R17 - R46/ G24 - G46
Knife: W0 - W2 - W3
Pop Tart: R17 - R46/ E31 - E33
Basket: E31 - E33 - E35

I die cut the images and assembled the pull tab elements. I used Raspberry and White cardstock for the little tab.

I assembled the card and used a white gel pen to add highlights. I added the sentiment on the bottom of the card. The rest is on the inside, saying "have a happy birthday".

HOPE YOUR HALLOWEEN IS AWESOME! (2)

I can't wait for summer to end and fall to begin. It's never too early to start your Halloween cards, right? I decided to use the Fortune Teller Tabby stamp set, one I haven't used in a while.

For the background I used Spiffy Speckles pattern paper. I decided to ink blend and stencil on it. I took the Lots of Starts Backgroun Stencil and Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Ink. I only used one of the stencils, otherwise it will be too crowded.

I added a strip of grey Woodgrain cardstock to the bottom.

I stamepd the images. I also used the Purrfectly Wicked and Purrfectly Wicked Add-On stamp sets. Here are all the Copic Markers I used for coloring:
Cats: W3 - W5 - W7/ E04/ E71 - E74 - E77/ E15 - E08/ E41 - E43 - E44
Table: G43 - G46/ BV13 - BV17/ B60 - B63
Hat: V04 - V06/ B60 - B63/ G43 - G46
Crystal ball: B60 - B63/ E57 - E47
Book + potions: G43 - G46/ BV13 - BV17 B60 - B63/ V04 - V06
Shelves: E57 - E47

GIFT TAGS (5)

I created these cute birthday tags, using the Honecomb Shaker Gift Tag die set and the Hive Five stamp set from Lawn Fawn.

I die cut the elements for the tag from No. 2 Pencil and Sticky Note cardstock. The inside of the tag I stenciled, using the Honeycomb Stencil and Fossilized Amber with Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Inks.

I die cut some shaker elements, using the die that comes with the set, die cutting tiny hexagons. I used four Lawn Fawn cardstock colors: Black Licorice, Fake Tan, No. 2 Pencil and Sticky Note.

I stamped two of the little bees and two fly tracks. I colored them with Copic Markers:
Bees: Y15 - Y17/ BG000 - B00
Party accessories: Y38 - YR68/ W5 - W7

I die cut them with the coordinating dies and added them to the tags. I also stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. I assembled the tags and added twin to the top.
