HAVE A WHEELY GREAT DAY! (1)

One of my top favorite new stamp sets from Lawn Fawn is Wheely Great Day. Especially because you can combine it with an old-time favorite of mine: Coaster Critters. And that's what I did for this slimline card.



I die cut a piece of watercolor cardstock with the Slimline with Sliders die set. I ink blended a sky using a cloud stencil and Broken China Distress Oxide Ink. For the ground I used Narwhal cardstock and Soot Ink,



I stamped the images (I also used the palm trees from Ahoy Matey) and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used:
Rollercoaster + ferris wheel: C0 - C3/ C3 - C5 - C7/ Y15 - Y17/ R05 - R27/ B26 - B37 - B39
Palm trees: YG00 - YG03/ E57 - E79/ E31 - E33 - E35
Foxes; E31 - E33 - E35/ E00 - E11
Bears: E57 - E79
Bunnies: W0 - W3

I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment in Deep Sea ink and added highlights with a white gel pen.

HELLO BABY (1)

Today I'm sharing this cute baby card, made with Lawn Fawn's newest set Elephant Parade. 



For the background I used a ray stencil from Tim Holtz. I used SPiced Marmalade and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Inks for this. 

For the ground, I die cut a piece of Kraft cardstock with the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. I ink blended with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink. 



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Elephants; W0 - W2 - W3 - W5/ E11 - E57 - E29
Banner: C0 - C3
Mice: E41 - E43 - E44/ E04 - E11
Bottle: Y15 - Y17/ R35 - R37 - R39/ C0 - C3
Cupcake: E57 - E79/ R35 - R37 - R39/ E31 - E35
Crown: Y15 - Y17
Peanut: E31 - E35
Flower headband: Y15 - Y17/ R35 - R37 - R39/ C0 - C3
Hearts: R35 - R37 - R39



I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment with Sunflower Ink. I used a white gel pen to add some highlights to the images.

I ❤ MOO (1)

A new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge is live today, and it's such a fun one. Show us where you live. As I'm from The Netherlands, I decided to showcase some typical Dutch things: Cows, bicycles, tulips, cheese and rainy days. I used a bunch of Lawn Fawn's stamp sets.



For the sky, I ink blended with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. I used the Rainy Sky stencil and ink blended with Broken China Distress Oxide Ink.

I die cut a piece of watercolor cardstock with the Meadow Borders die set. I ink blended the grass with Crushed Olive and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink. The tulips I colored with R05 and R27 Copic Markers. 



For the stamped images I used Copic Markers as well. Here are all the colors I used:
Tree: E31 - E33 - E35/ G82 - G85/ R05 - R27
Girl: E31 - E33 - E35/ E04 - E11/ B28 - B37 - B39
Plaid: R05 - R27/ C0 - C3
Bicycle: W5 - W7/ C0 - C3/ B28 - B37 - B39
Cow: W5 - W7/ E31 - E33 - E35/ E04 - E11

Cheese: Y15 - Y17

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the little speech bubble and added it above the cow. I used a white gel pen to add some highlights to the images.

HAVE A WILD DAY (4)

I created this jungle scene, using a bunch of Lawn Fawn stamp sets: Wild For You, Toucan Do It, Wood You Be Mine, Swan Soiree, Toadally Awesome and Butterfly Kisses.



For the background and scene elements, I used the Large Slimline with Sliders die, Stitched Hillside Borders and Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. I ink blended the sky with  Salty Ocean and Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Inks, the grass with Bundled Sage and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Inks and the water with Speckled Egg and Broken China Distress Oxide Inks.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Grass: YG00 - YG03
Leaves: YG61 - YG63 - YG67/ YG00 - YG03
Lily pads: G82 - G85
Lotus flowers: R32 - R35
Cat tails: YG09 - G28/ E57 - E79
Toucan: W5 - W7/ YR04 - OR07/ Y15 - Y17
Lizard: YR04 - YR07/ BG53 - BG57
Elephant: W2 - W3 - W5
Crocodile: YG61 - YG63 - YG67
Toad: YG00 - YG03/ YG09 - G28
Dragonfly: BG53 - BG57
Flowers: Y15 - Y17/ BG53 - BG57



I die cut and fussy cut all the images. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment onto the bottom grassy hill and assembled the card. I used a white gel pen for the highlights on the imags. 

It's been a while since I created such a large, full scene. And I love it!

YOU MAKE MY HEART SMILE (3)

One more Valentine's Day card. This time with the Simply Celebrate Critters stamp set from Lawn Fawn. And it's the first time using the bunnies on a card. 



For the background, I used a piece of Ballet Slippers cardstock. I ink blended with Festive Berries Distress Oxide Ink, using the Lots of Hearts Background Stencils (one of them). I added a strip of All the Dots pattern paper to the bottom. This will be the border for the bunnies to peep over. 



I stamped the images (also using images from Scent with Love and All My Heart) and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors: 
Bunnies: E41 - E43 - E44/ W0 - W3/ W3 - W5 - W7 E31 - E33 - E35
Banners + balloons + bow: R35 - R37 - R39
Flower: R35 - R37 - R39/ R01 - R32



I die cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of white cardstock, using Wild Rose Ink.

HOPE YOUR DAY IS A SLAM DUNK (1)

I created a sports-themed birthday card, with the All-Star stamp set and Really High Five stamp set from Lawn Fawn. 



I die cut a piece of Vanilla Malt cardstock with the Large Mini Slimline Stackables. I used the Lots of Stars Background stencils (one of them) and ink blended with Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink. I wanted a gradiant from yellow to orange. 



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Basketball: E33 - E35
Hoop: C0 - C3/ R05 - R27/ Y15 - Y17/ C5 - C7
Bear: E74 - E77 - E79/ E04 - E11
Mouse: E41 - E43 - E44/ E04 - E11
Stars: Y15 - Y17



I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment onto a two strips of Chili Paper cardstock. 

For highlights on the images, I used a white gel pen.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY (65)

I'm on the Lawn Fawn blog today with this birthday card. I used Year Seven, with a bunch of other Lawn Fawn stamp sets. 



For the background I used a cloud stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. I die cut two pieces of Cilantro cardstock, using the Grassy Border die and the Simple Grassy Hillside Borders. I ink blended the edges of the blades with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink. 



I stamped all the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Mice: E41 - E43 - E44/ E11 - E04
Branches + stick: E31 - E33 - E35
Piñata + party hats + banner + candy: Y15 - Y17/ R05 - R27/ Y38 - YR07/ YG00 - YG03/ BG45 - BG49
Stool: E57 - E79



I fussy cut and die cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the card. I used a white gel pen to add highlights.

TOUCAN DO IT! (1)

It's all about interactive cards. I create a pull-tab card. I used the Toucan Do It stamp set and the Let's Toast Pull Tab Add-On die.



For the background I ink blended Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink, using a cloud stencil. I die cut two Grassy Borders from Cilantro cardstock and ink blended the blades with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors:
Leopards: W5 - W7/ YR21 - YR23/ E57 - E79
Toucan: W5 - W7/ Y15 - Y17/ Y38 - YR07
Lizard: Y38 - YR07/ BG53 - BG57

I die cut all the images. I die cut the pull-tab elements from Mermaid and Blue Jay cardstock. I assembled the pull tab and added everything to the background. I stamped the sentiment and used a white gel pen to add highlights.

YOU MAKE MY HEART SMILE (2)

I used the All My Heart stamp set from Lawn Fawn for this love themed card. I also used images from Oh Gnome and Dandy Day. 

For the sky, I used the Slimline Cloud Edges stencil from My Favorite Things, blended it with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. I added hearts with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink, using the Falling Hearts stencils from Lawn Fawn. 



I die cut the Grassy Border die from Cilantro cardstock and ink blended the grass blades with Lucky Clover. 



I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here is a list of the colors:
Mice: E41 - E43 - E44/ E00 - E11 - E04 - E11
Mushrooms: R81 - R83 - R85/ W0 - W3
Balloon + hearts: R35 - R37 - R39



I fussy cut the images and adhered everything to the background. I stamped the sentiment and added highlights to the mushrooms.

For this Valentine's Day card, I used the Octopi My Heart stamp set, together with the Giant XOXO die and the You are Sublime and Ocean Shell-fie stamp sets, all from Lawn Fawn.



For the background I used the Drifts & Hills stencil from My Favorite Things and I ink blended with Broken China Distress Oxide Ink. 

I die cut a Stiched Hillside Border from Kraft cardstock and ink blended with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink. I added white and dark brown splatter, using Gansai Tambi watercolor. 



I die cut the Giant XOXO from Peacock and Ballet Slippers cardstock and layered them together. 

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Octopi: R81 - R83 - R85/ V22 - V25
Bows: BG45 - BG49
Rocks: W0 - W3 - W5
Plants + corals:  R81 - R83 - R85/ V22 - V25/ BG45 - BG49



I die cut the images and assembled the card. I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the sentiment and images.

HAPPY ❤ DAY (3)

I'm on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today with this heart day card. I used the Wood You Be Mine? and So Dam Much stamp set from Lawn Fawn. 



I inked the background with Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Ink. I used the Falling Hearts Stencils and ink blended with Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Ink. 

 I die cut the Heart Garland Backdrop: Landscape die from Kraft cardstock. The hearts were die cut from Sugarplum cardstock, Gold Sparkle cardstock and Gold Metallic cardstock. I added them to the garlands. 



I added a strip of Cilantro cardstock to the bottom.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors:
Beavers: E31 - E33 - E35/ E57 - E79
Logs: E57 - E79/ E41 - E43/ E11 - E04 - E18
Cat tails: E57 - E79/ G82 - G85
Grass: G82 - G85



I die cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of Kraft cardstock.
