Let's Go Wild!!! There is a new challenge over at the Lawn Fawnatics Blog and its all about those cute critters in the wild. I could not resist to use the new Quokka My World stamp set. I combined it with images from Kanga-Rrific and it add-on set and also Wilde Wolves and All the Party Hats. 



For the background I ink blended Broken China and Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Inks. 

I die cut a hill, with the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. I ink blended this with Tea Dye and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink. I added some splatter with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink.

I also die cut the Grassy Border and used Twisted Citron and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide ink for blending. 



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Quokka: E55 - E57 - E29/ E11 - E04/ W5 - W7
Rocks: W3 - W5 - W7
Trees: YG13 - G07/ E71 - E74 - E77
Grass: YG13 - G07
Lizards: YR21 - YR23/ R14 - R46
Birds: E41 - E43 - E44/ BG11 - BG13/ W3 - W5 -W 7
Party hat: BG11 - BG13/ YR21 - YR23/ R14 - R46
Kangaroo: E31 - E33



I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I added a little speech bubble and stamped the sentient. I used a white gel pen to add highlights and dots.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS (19)

I'm on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today, for the Christmas in July theme, with this Highland Cow card. I also used the Frosty Friends and the add-on stamp sets. 



For the background I used Kraft cardstock. I ink blended with Prize Ribbon and Broken China Distress Oxide inks, using the Snowflake Trio stencil. I used some white watercolor to add splatter to the background as well. 



I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers:
Highand Cow: E55 - E57/ E31 - E33/ W5 - W7/ E41 - E43
Snowman: Y17 - YR16/ BG000 - B00
Accessories: W5 - W7/ E31 - E33/ R14 - R46/ B24 - B26



I die cut the images and added them to the background. I inked and heat embossed the sentiment onto a strip of Blue Jay cardstock. As a finishin touch I used a white gel pen for highlights and dots.

MERRY CHRISTMAS (44)

Christmas in July, not one of my favorite themes. I'm usually not in the mood for Christmas card when we're going through a heatwave in The Netherlands. But, the card turned out great. I used the Simply Celebrate Winter Critters stam set for this simple card.



For the background I used a piece of Knit Picky Winter pattern paper.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Moose: E41 - E43/ E57 - E29/ W5 - W7
Owl: W3 - W5 - W7/ W0 - W3/ Y38
Bunny; E41 - E43/ E04
Bear: E57 - E29
Narwhal: W3 - W5 - W7/ W0 - W3/ E41 - E43
Table: R14 - R46/ G14 - G07/ B21 - B24 - B26



I die cut the images and assembled the card. I added the row of speech bubble to the top and used a white gel pen to add highlights and dots.

Book Mark (13)

I'm on the Lawn Fawn Blog with this book mark that is perfect for your Summer TBR. I used the new Lemon Border. 


I die the Lemon Border from Sticky Note and No. 2 pencil cardstock. The book mark was die cut from Giddy for Gingham. The Lemon Border was die cut from Sticky Note and No. 2 Pencil. 

I used the Oliver's Stitched ABC's to die cut the word Summer, using Peach and Wild Flower. 



I assembled the book mark. and there you are. For your books this Summer.
