STAY COOL (1)

Today is the start of yet another new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge : "Summer Splash". I created a pool scene, using the Pool Party stamp set and the Stitched Pond Frame die set. 



For the background, I used the Cobblestone Stencil, Peach cardstock and Manatee + Hippo Lawn Fawn Ink to blend. 

I die cut the Stitched Pond Frame from Narwhal cardstock. For the water inside the pool I used Prize Ribbon + Broken China Distress Oxide inks.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Alpaca: W5 - W7/ E41 - E43/ E53 -E55 - E57
Cat: W3 - W5 - W7/ E04
Unicorn: C0 - C3/ W5 - W7/ YR00 - YR02/ V22 - V25
Sloth: W3 - W5 - W7/ E41 - E43/ E04 - E11
Floatie: YR00 - YR02/ R32 - R35/ V22 - V25
Towel: YR00 - YR02/ R32 - R35
Beach balls: YR21 - YR23/ R32 - R35/ V22 - V25
Flip flops: YR00 - YR02/ YR21 - YR23/ V22 - V25
Goggles: W3 - W5/ YR21 - YR23/ V22 - V25
Water drops: B21 - B24



I die cut all the images and assembled the card. Added a speech bubble and white highlights with a gel pen.

IF FRIENDS WERE FLOWERS I'D PICK YOU (2)

I'm on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today with this friendship card, for the challenge "Thank you For Being a Friend".



For the background I used a piece of pattern paper, from the Bitsy Blooms paperpad. 

I used the Big Blossom Flowers die set and the Watering Can die set. I die cut all the elements from white cardstock. I colored all these pieces with Copic Markers:
Watering can: C3 - C5 - C7
Flowers: RV14 - RV17/ Y15 - Y17/ YG00 - YG03 - YG13
Tools: C0 - C3/ RV14 - RV17



I assembled all the flowers and tools, adhered everything onto the pattern paper creating a flowery scene. I stamped the sentiment (from "Mice Flowers) and added highlights with a white gel pen.

IF FRIENDS WERE FLOWERS I'D PICK YOU (1)

An ode to friendship today, with the start of the newest Lawn Fawnatics Challenge : Thank You For Being a Friend. For today's card, I used the Mice Flowers stamp set.



I started by creating my own background. I used Minty Fresh cardstock and the Spring Flowers Stencils. I used three Distress Oxide Inks to create flowery background: Fossilized Amber, Rustic Wilderness and Vintage Photo.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Mice: E41 - E43 - E44/ E11 - E04
Flowers: Y15 - Y17/ E57 - E29/ G43 - G46
Pot: BG53 - BG57
Bees: Y15 - B17/ BG000 - B00

I die cut the images and added them to the background. I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of Peacock cardstock. 



As a finishing touch, I used a white gel pen for dots and highlighs.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY (5)

I'm on the Lawn Fawn Blog today with this Father's Day card, using the new Mice Tools stamp set.


For the background I used a piece of pattern paper from the Pint-Sized Patterns Summertime paperpad. I added a piece of Woodgraing cardstock to the bottom.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:

YOU'RE NAILING THIS DAD THING (1)

For the new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge , we can only use dies! I decided to create a Father's Day card with the Build-a-Toolbox die set.



I die cut all the tools from Lawn Fawn cardstock. I used: Woodgrain, Narwhal, No. 2 Pencil, Chili Pepper and Peacock.

I assembled all the tools and adhered them to a piece of pattern paper. I took a blew block pattern fro the Pint-Sized Patterns Summertime paperpad.



I stamped the sentiment, from Mice Tools, onto a piece of No. 2 Pencil cardstock and trimmed it into a small strip, adding it below the tools. 

As a finishing touch, I added hightlights to the die cuts.

CURL UP WITH A GOOD BOOK (1)

For the "Inspired By..." challenge at the Lawn Fawnatics Blog I took inspiration from my fellow DT member Catherine. I used the following stamp sets: A Purrfect Day, Cozy Cats, Purrfectly Wicked, Little Woodland Library, Little Woodland Library Friends. 



For the background I used one of the pattern papers from the Blissful Blossoms paperpad. I sie cut a Stitched Scalloped Oval Stackable from white Woodgrain cardstock.

LET'S PARTY, RAIN OR SHINE (1)

Im on the Lawn Fawn Blog today with this fun and simple celebration card, using the new Silly Goose, Rain or Shine stamp set.



For the background I used Mist cardstock and the Rainy Sky Stencil. I ink blended with Cracked Pistachio and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide Inks.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Geese: E41 - E43/ V22 - V25/ BG53 - BG57/ W3 - W5 - W7
Umbrella: C0 - C3/ RV32 - RV34
Puddles: BG000 - B00

I die cut the images. I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of Lilac cardstock and assembled the card. I added a speech bubble and used a white gel pen for the highlights.

SENDING SUNSHINE (3)

The newest Lawn Fawnatics Challenge is all about inspiration. Let the DT members inspire you and make a project based on one of theirs. I chose a card by my fellow DT member Christy and created this bird card, using Winter Birds Add-On, Backyard Bird Feeder, All the Clouds and the Secret Garden Window die set. 



For the background I used a piece of pattern paper from the Pint-Sized Patterns paperpad. I die cut the Secret Garden Window from it, creating a window for my scene.

Behind the window will go a piece of Minty Fresh cardstock. I ink blended the bottom with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Birds: Y21 - YR23/ R32 - R35 - R37/ YR04/ YG41 - G02
Branch: G82 - G85/ E31 - E33 - E35
Sun: Y17 - YR16

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Today is the start of another new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge with the theme "Family Matters". I made this Mother's Day card using the Silly Goose stamp set together with Spring Basket.



For the background I just used a pattern paper from the Rainbow Ever After paperpad.



I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Geese: C0 - C2/ Y21 - YR23
Basket: E41 - E43 - E44/ RV32 - RV34
Daffodills: Y06 - Y17/ YG11 - YG13 - YG07
Bow: RV32 - RV34
Card + butterflies: V22 - V25



I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I used a white gel pen to add highlights and dots to the images. I added a speech bubble and stamped the sentiment. I used Hippo ink to add swirly trails behind the butterflies.

BOOK MARK (12)

I;m on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today for the "Anything but a card or tag" challenge. I made a cute book mark, using the A Mole Lot of Love set, Little Woodland Library set, Little Woodland Library Friends set and the Stitched Bookmark die set. 



For the book mark, I die cut the base from Lilac cardstock. The frame as well. The little rectangles were die cut from two different pattern papers from the Blissful Blossoms paperpad. 

For the back of the book mark, I stamped some of the images from the stamp sets in Grape Soda. To create a bookish pattern. 



For the front, I wanted the images. All the images were colored with Copic Markers:
Moles: W5 - W7/ E04 - E11
Books: V22 - V25/ RV32 - RV34/ B24 - B26/ BG53 - BG57
Worm: E11 - E04
Hearts: RV 32 - RV34



I die cut the images and assembled the book mark.
