For this birthday card, I used the Village Shops stamp set from Lawn Fawn.
I started with the background and scene elements. For the sky, I used Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink. I sprayed some water onto the panel and dabbed it off with a paper towel. I trimmed a strip of watercolor cardstock and embossed it with the Stitched Borders dies. I applied Hickory Smoke Distress Ink to it. I also die cut some grass, uwing the Grassy Border die. I added Twisted Citron Distress Ink to this.
I stamped all the shops and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Shops: C0 - C2 - 0/ C3 - C5/ E41 - E43
Roofs + shades + doors: R22 - R35/ B18 - B39/ YG41 - G02/ YR21 - YR23/ BG15 - BG18
Windows: B00
Window sills + steps: C0 - C2/ C3 - C5
I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder from Ranger. I added some highlights to the images, using a white gelly roll pen.
I added the panel onto a Peacock cardbase.
