It's September, so time for Halloween cards!!! I love making those and I decided to start with one of my favorite sets: Spooky Village from Lawn Fawn.
I was in a green mood, so I used Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover Distress Ink for the sky. I masked off a circle, because I wanted a huge moon in the background. I used Black Soot Distress Ink to add splatter to the moon.
For the 'street' I used Fog cardstock.
I stamped the images and colred everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Houses: Y15 - Y17 - YR04/ YG00 - YG03/ B60 - B63 - B66/ E57 - E29/ E41 - E43 - E44/ E33 - E35/ C0 - C3 - C5
Trees: E57 - E29
Kids: Y15 - Y17 - YR04/ YG00 - YG03/ B60 - B63 - B66/ E57 - E29/ E21/ C0 - C3 - C5
Pumpkins: Y15 - Y17 - YR04/ YG00 - YG03
Tombstones: C0 - C3 - C5/ YG00 - YG03
I die cut all the images with my Cuttlebug and assembled the card. I stamp the sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black Ink and Freshly Cut Grass.
I finished it off by stamping some bats into the sky, to give it that perfect Halloween, spooky look.
