HAPPY EASTER, MAY YOUR BASKET BE FILLED WITH JOY (AND CHOCOLATE) (3)

I created an Easter card with the Eggstra Amazing Easter stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I also used images from Oh Gnome! and Open Me.

For the background, I used a purple piece of Spiffy Speckles pattern paper. For the grass, I used the Grassy Border die. i die cut it from Cilantro cardstock. I ink blended the blades with Lucky Clover Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Bunny: C0 - C2/ E000 - E00

Chicks: Y15 - Y17/ YR07

Eggs: R83 - R85/ B60 - B63/ Y15 - Y17/ BG53 - BG57/ YG00 - YG03

Basket: E53 - E55 - E57/ R83 - R85/ B60 - B63

Flowers: Y15 - Y17/ YG00 - YG03/ R83 - R85/ G14 - G05/ BG53 - BG57

I die cut or fussy cut the images. I stamped the sentiment onto the background and the sign. I added highlights and dots to the images, using a white gel pen.

I created this Easter card, combining the Eggstra Amazing Easter set with Easter Before 'n After stamp set from Lawn Fawn.

For the sky, I did some simple ink blending with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I die cut a Grassy Border from Cilantro cardstock, and ink blended the edges with Lucky Clover Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Bunnies: E53 - E55 - E57/ E41 - E43/ RV10 - C0/ E04

Baskets: C0 - C3/ R32 - R35/ Y00 - Y02/ G00 - G02/ B60 - B63/ B00 - B12

Easter eggs: R32 - R35/ Y00 - Y02/ G00 - G02/ B60 - B63/ B00 - B12/ YR15 - YR21

Chocolate bunny: E25 - E29

Brush: G00 - G02/ C0 - C3/ E25 - E29/ E53 - E55

Bucket: G00 - G02/ C0 - C3

I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I added highlighst with a white gel pen. 

I stamped the sentiment at the top of the card.

HAPPY EASTER, MAY YOUR BASKET BE FULL OF JOY (AND CHOCOLATE) (1)

My favorite time of the year has arrived to create cards: Easter!!! I love creating Easter and spring themed cards to send ou to my friends and family. The first of the year I made with Lawn Fawn's newest Easter set, Eggstra Amazing Easter.

For the scene I wanted to do something different than ink blending. I used some Watercolor Wishes paper. For the sky I choose a purple and for the grass, the darker green color. I die cut two grass borders, using the Simple Grassy Hillsides.

I also stamped the sentiment onto the front grassy hill.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. I used some softer colors. Here are the colors I used:
Bunnies: E53 - E55/ W0 - W2 - 0/ R83
Chicks: Y11 - Y06/ YR21 - Y38
Basket: E71 - E74/ RV10 - R83
Easter eggs: RV10 - R83/ V01 - V12/ B00 - B12/ Y11 - Y06/ YR21 - Y38
Bow: B00 - B12
Clouds: W0 - W2 - 0
Flower crown: RV10 - R83/ Y06
Chocolate bunny: E47 - E29

I die cut the images with my Cuttlebug and added some dots and hightlights, using a white gelly roll pen.

I assembled the scene and adhered all my images. I added the panel onto a Cilantro cardbase.
