A LITTLE MESSAGE TO SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY (2)

For this card, I combined a bunch of Lawn Fawn stamp sets: Gleeful Gardens, Happy Harvest and Happy Howloween.

I started with die cutting the grass, using the Grassy Border die. I ink blended this with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink. For the sky I also used Oxide Inks: Shaded Lilac and Squeezed Lemonade. I will use greens, yellows and purples as my color palette.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Scarecrow: E31 - E35/ YG11 - YG13/ B91 - B95/ Y00 - Y02/ E74 - E79/ E00 - E11
Toadstools: E41 - E43/ V01 - V12/ Y02 - Y00
Dogs: E31 - E35/ E71 - E74 - E79
Flowers: Y00 - Y02/ C0 - C2 - 0/ YG11 - YG13
Envelope: B91 - B95
Bird: W5 - W7/ Y00 - Y02
Snail: B91 - B95/ YG11 - YG13

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment (from Hay There and Love Letters) and added the panel onto a Sticky Note cardbase.

I don't use purple very often. I think together with the yellow and green, this color scheme looks beautiful!

A LITTLE MESSAGE TO SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY (1)

For this birthday card, I used one of my favorite stamp sets: Love Letters from Lawn Fawn.

I started by die cutting some scalloped circles from the front panel. I used the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Circle Stackables. For the panel behind this frame, I used three Distress Ink colors to blend, so they show through the circle windows. I used Wild Honey, Cracked Pistachio and Wilted Violet.

I stamped the sentiment in Grape Soda Ink and Carrot Ink.

I stamped all the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Yellow bird: Y17 - YR04/ C5
Purple bird: V04 - V06/ YR04
Envelopes: YG41 - BG34/ R35

The little speech bubbles I stamped in Hippo Ink.

I fussy cut all the images and adhered all the elements together. I added the panel onto a Peacock cardbase. I rounded off the bottom right corner.

All the cards I make with this stamp set are awesome!
