HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATEY, YOU ARRRRGH AWESOME (1)

For the newest Lawn Fawnatics challenge, the theme is "Bring it Back". So use a product that you haven't used in a long time. I decided to use sequins. I hardly ever use them on my card, because I'm alway scared they will fall off when I send them in the mail :D . But I thought they would look nice on this Ahoy Matey card.

For the background, I ink blended some Spiced Marmalade Oxide Ink with a Clouds stencil from My Favorite Things. That's all I will do to the background.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Pirates: R14 - R35 - R39/ W0 - W3/ W5 - W7/ E00 - E11 - E04/ E25 - E29/ E53 - E55/ B41 - B45
Palm trees: E25 - E29/ E53 - E55/ YG11 - YG13
Ship: R14 - R35 - R39/ W0 - W3/ E25 - E29/ E55 - E53/ B41 - B45
Mountains: W2 - W3 - W5
Water: B41 - B45
Parrot: R14 - R35 - R39/ Y15 - Y17
Lighthouse: R14 - R35 - R39/ W0 - W3/ E25 - E29/ Y15 - Y17
Grass + diamonds: YG11 - YG13
Coins: Y15 - Y17
Map + anchor: W0 - W3

I fussy cut the images and adhered them to my background. I stamped the sentiment in Fake Tan Ink and Sunflower Ink. I added some sequins to the sky and also stamped some birds. As a finishing touch I used my white gelly roll pen to add highlights and dots to the images
