JUMP FOR JOY, IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY (1)
From the new Lawn Fawn fall/ winter 2016 release, the Jump For Joy stamp set is my absolute favorite. I just love the fall and with this card you can create such awesome. Normally I wait a little longer to create cards with a new set, but I already had such great ideas, I couldn’t just leave it alone.
I started on the scene. I took a piece of watercolor cardstock and added Distress Inks to it with my mini ink blending tool. I used Spiced Marmalade, Wild Honey and Fossilized Amber to create an autumn looking sky. I die cut two grass borders with the Grassy Border die from Lawn Fawn and colored it with Mowed Lawn and Antique Linen Distress Inks. In the background I wanted a hill so I die cut one with the Stitched Hillside Borders. I colored it with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I adhered all the elements together flat.
I stamped the images and colored all of them with Copic Markers. And oh was this a ton of fun to color. Here are the colors I used:
Hedgehog: E00 -E11/ E25 – E29
Fox: YR15 – YR07 – E08/ YR000 – YR00
Owl: E41 – E43/ W5 – W7/ YR61 – YR02
Leaves: G14 – G05 – G28/ YR07 – YR16/ R46 – R59
Rake: E25 – E77/ C2 – C5
I fussy cut all the images and adhered them with foam to the scene. I stamped the sentiment and added some glitter to the leaves with the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen. I added the panel to soem pattern paper from the Perfectly Plaid Fall 6x6 paper pad from Lawn Fawn and the entire panel to an orange cardbase.
I just love this set and this card. I’m going to use this very often I predict.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN (1)
My first ever Halloween card I created with the Booyah stamp set from Lawn Fawn. It’s such a fun set to work with, because you can dress up the ghost in so many different costumes.
I started on the background. I took some watercolor cardstock and the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I used three colors: 041 – 052 – 080. I brushed the marker from left to right a couple of times and then went over them with a brush. This way it looks like brush strokes with paint, but I actually used watercolor pens.
I stamped the three ghosts and turned them into the cat, the vampire and the pirate. In order to add the hats onto the ghost, you have to stamp the hat first and then mask it off to stamp the ghost. I added the little accessories to the ghost as well, such as the hook and the treat bag.
I colored all the images with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Ghosts: C0 – C2
Cat hat + tail: E41 – E43 – E71
Bat wings: W5 – W7
Treat bag: YR16 – YR07
Pirate hat: G14 – G07 – G28
Hook: C5/ E25 – E29
I fussy cut the images and added them to the panel with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment and added the panel to a green card base.

CRAFTY HAUL (6)
I recently pre-ordered two products from the new Lawn Fawn release (I wanted it all, but you know.... choices. And money).
So I picked my favorite set of them all, Jump for Joy. It's a fall themed stamp set and I love the fall. It's my favorite season and I can't wait to create cards with this set and use all the beautiful fall colors.
I also ordered one of their new paper pads, the Perfectly Plaid Fall 6x6 paper pad. Proof that the fall colors are AMAZING!
With that, I got a little present with my order, some sequins that fit perfectly with the fall theme! Check out www.Bijomadee.nl , which is my favorite crafty webshop in the Netherlands!

YOU'RE A-MAIZE-ING (2)
The Happy Harvest stamp set from Lawn Fawn is my absolute favorite! I just love all the images and it’s super fun to color them. I created a friendship card with this set.
I started by stamping all the images. I colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Pumpkins: Y38 – YR16 – YR07/ E71 – E77
Pants + rim of the hat: B93 – B95
Sweater: R17 – R29 – R59
Face: E00 – E02
Hat: E25 – E29
Straws: G17 – E43
Buttons: Y15
Stake: E15 – E77
Crows: W5 – W7
Beaks: YR15 – YR07
Kart: R14 – R17 – R29/ C0 – C2 – C5
I also stamped some leafs in some Lawn Fawn inks. I used Sunflower Ink, Doe Ink, Lobster Ink and Pumpkin Spice Ink.
I fussy cut all the images and went over to the background. I used Distress Inks for the background. I used Scattered Straw for the base and Cracked Pistachio for the sky. I wanted to stamp the corn plants onto the background too. I used two Lawn Fawn Inks. For the bottom of the corn I used Doe Ink and for the top Sunflower Ink. I really like how this turned out.
I adhered all the images to the panel. The scarecrow, crows, kart and front pumpkins I adhered with foam tape, the rest flat. I stamped the sentiment and added the panel to some pattern paper from the Beachside 6x6 paper pad from Lawn Fawn.
I think it’s impossible to create a stupid card with this amazing set. I love this card!
I decided to also enter this card into the Lawnscaping Challenge . Please check it out!

HAPPY PURR-THDAY (3)
I pulled out the Cat-Itude stamp set from My Favorite Things again, to create a birthday card for my cat loving cousin.
I started on the background and the scene. I die cut three frames with the Stitched Square Scallop Frames from My Favorite Things. I glued the three frames onto each other and kept the inside. I die cut two grass borders with the Grassy Border die from Lawn Fawn. I used Distress Inks to color it. For the grass I used Mowed Lawn and for the sky Peacock Feathers and Shaded Lilac. For the sky I added water droplets to give it a distressed look.
I adhered the sky and grass onto the cardbase and inside the frames. I went over to the images. I stamped three of the cats and also a balloon from the Adorable Elephants set (My Favorite Things) and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Left cat: E41 – E43 – E71
Middle cat: YR16 – YR07 – E08
Rigth cat: W2 – W5 – W7
Ears: RV21
Collars: BG23 – BG49
Balloon: YG03 – G14 – G05
I die cut all the images with my Cuttlebug and added them to the card. I added some dots with a white gel pen to the cheeks of the cats. I put glitter on the balloon with my Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen and then added Glossy Accents onto the balloon.
To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment. And there we have it!

WE'RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER... CAKE! (1)
I made this birthday card using the Hello Chum stamp set from Avery Elle.
I stamped one of the shark images onto some white cardstock and colored it with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used.
Shark: C0 – C2 – C5/ E41 – Blender
I wanted to create my own background, so I took the surfboard image and repeatedly stamped it onto my panel. I colored the surfboards with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Surfboards: Y15 – Y17 – YR16/ B00 – B02 – B05
Because I wanted the background to mute a bit, but not completely, I die cut a circle from vellum, using the Double Stitched Circle STAX from My Favorite Things. I put the shark on the circle with foam tape and adhered the circle with foam tape as well. This way the background is still vibrant and visible, but the shark is the hero of the card.
I wanted to use this sentiment, that is a reference to “Jaws”. But instead of boat it says cake. I heat embossed the first part of the sentiment onto some black cardstock, with Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder from Wow. After I put the panel onto the white cardbase, I stamped the rest of the sentiment on the inside of the card.
I also added the water lines and the shark’s fin onto the inside of the card. I rounded off the tow bottom corners with the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper.
I think this card is going to my brother, when it’s his birthday in September. He loves sharks! That’s actually the main reason I bought this stamp set in the first place.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY (11)
A while ago I got the Balloon Etcetera stamp set from Mama Elephant, but I never used it. I made a simple birthday card with this set.
I took one of the balloons, I chose the simple round one. I stamped it several times onto some white cardstock. I used five different inks: Butter Ink, Sunflower Ink, Mermaid Ink, Fish Tank Ink (Lawn Fawn) and Nightshift Blue Ink (My Favorite Things). I overlapped some of them and I didn’t mind the color to show through there. This gives the illusion of the translucency of the balloons. The balloon strings I stamped with Manatee Ink from Lawn Fawn. I used a wavy line stamp from the Joy to the Woods stamp set from Fawn.
I stamped the sentiment, which comes from the Year Two stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I added some glitter to the balloons with the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen.
I added the panel to a dark blue cardbase, to match the color palet I used for the balloons. I still thought the card was missing something, so I added some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
A very simple, yet festive birthday card. Perfect for a guy. You can change it up by using different colors every time.

CRAFTY HAUL (5)
For the months of July and AUgust I purchased a lot of new craft supplies. Some second hand, some on sale and some I just couldn't resist buying.
The Swanky Snow Dudes stamp set from Paper Smooches I bough second hand. I just love all the different snowmen and the cute sentiments. The fonts of those sentiments are also very playful. Can't wait to create some cool Christmas cards with these stamps.
This Monster Mash stamp set from Lawn Fawn is a smaller set I wanted for a while. I finally got back in stock and I didn;t hesitate one second. It's so cute for birthday cards, but also fun to create Halloween themed cards.
I just love the fall and it's not that far away anymore. So the Harvest Mouse stamp set from My Favorite Things had to be added to my collection. Such sweet images and sentiments. My favorite is the one with the basket of apples over his head. Maybe I can spread my love for the fall season with this set.
Also perfect for Halloween is the Booyah stamp set from Lawn Fawn. You can create your own ghosts with many different costumes. I just love a set like this, with so many options. I also want to create some treat backs with these stamps.
I got four new mini Distress Inks: Cracked Pistachio, Mermaid Lagoon, Abandoned Coral and Fossilized Amber. I especially love Crached Pistachio, which is now probably my favorite Distress Ink color.
From Avery Elle I got the Hello Chum stamp set. I bought it to create a card for my brother, who is a shark fan and swam with sharks in South Africa. I especially love the sentiment saying "you're gonna need a bigger....cake". Movie reference!
The Merry Script die from Mama Elephant I also bought second hand. It's a beauriful intricate die which I will use on my Christmas cards. I can add a stamped Christmas to it and I already know it will look fantastic.
These elves from the Santa's Elves stamp set from My Favorite Things have been on my wishlist for so long. They finally got back in stock and there was only one set left. I got lucky! These are going to look so cute on my Christmas cards.
Another stamp set I got second hand is the Holiday Hugs mini stamp set from WPlus9. It's my first stamp from this company and I saw many create card tutorials on YouTube using this stamp. I love this image and I just couldn't resist to buy it.
Happy crafting!!!

HAPPY BAA-THDAY (1)
I made a birthday card for my uncle, using the Party Posse stamp set from Paper Smooches. This is one of those cards that just happened, I didn’t have any idea before I started.
I stamped the sheep image and colored it with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Wool: C0 – C2
Face: E41 – E00 – E21
Nose: C2 – C5
I fussy cut the image and went over to the background. I took a kraft cardbase and used the little cloud shaped image from the stamp set. It looks like a little bundle of wool. I took some Doe Ink from Lawn Fawn and started stamping the image onto the cardbase to create my own background. Because the kraft cardstock and the ink are similar, you get a pretty and rustic tone on tone look.
I die cut a circle with the Double Stitched Circle STAX from My Favorite Things, using some vellum. I stamped the sentiment onto the circle, curving the stamps so the word follows the curve of the circle. I heat embossed the sentiment with Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder from Wow. I adhered the sheep onto the circle with foam tape.
I took some yellow twine, to add a bit more color to the card, and wrapped it around the card front a couple of times. I adhered it with some tape, right where the vellum circle is going to be. So you won’t see the ends of the twin. I adhered the circle with a double layer of foam tape.
I used the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen to add some glitter to the wool of the sheep. I also added some Glossy Accents to the eyes, to make them stand out a bit.
I sweet and simple baa-thday, ehm…. birthday card.

YOU FLAMIN-GO TOGETHER (1)
For a wedding card, I created this scene card with the Flamingo Together stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I also entered this card into the new Lawnscaping Challenge, where funny puns were the theme.
I started by stamping all the images. I stamped the palm trees in Doe Ink from Lawn Fawn and Sour Apple Ink from My Favorite Things. The flamingos I colored with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Flamingos: RV21 – RV23
Flower: V09 – V17
I fussy cut all the images and went over to my scene. For the background I used three Distress Inks, to color the sky. I used Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon and a little bit of Chipped Sapphire around the edges. I die cut two hills with two different dies from the Stitched Hillside Borders from Lawn Fawn. One I blended with Scattered Straw and Brushed Corduroy. The other I blended with Cracked Pistachio (which is now my favorite Distress Ink) and Evergreen Bough. This last one is supposed to be water. I then die cut the sun, with the Sun and Moon dies from Lawn Fawn. The inner circle I blended with Mustard Seed and Fossilized Amber. The rays I blended with Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade. I used water to give the background panels a distressed look.
I assembled my scene and stamped the sentiment. I adhered everything flat, except for the water and the flamingos. I used foam tape for those images. I also added a little heart, which I die cut with the Hearts dies from Lawn Fawn, and used Worn Lipstick Distress Ink to color it. I adhered this with foam tape as well.
I added some glitter to the flower, the palm trees and the heart with the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen and rounded off the two bottom corners with the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper. I adhered the panel to a white cardbase.

PARTY! (1)
I’m celebrating my 32nd birthday in October and I thought I would be fun to send out invitations to my friends and family. I used the Monsters stamp set from Avery Elle to create them.
I started by stamping one of the monsters and the balloon, each six times. I colored them with Copic Markers and used the exact same colors on all the cards. Here are the colors I used:
Monster: BV000 – BV02 – BV13
Balloon: B00 – B02 – BG05
I fussy cut the images with my scissors. I went over to my panel. I die cut six rectangles with the Double Stitched Rectangle STAX from My Favorite Things. I wanted to create my own background using a stencil and some Distress Inks. I used a triangle stencil from Heidi Swapp and applied some Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink to the panel with my mini ink blending tool. I went from dark to light, starting at the bottom.
I adhered the monster and the balloon to each background using foam tape. I added some glitter to both images with the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen and also added some Glossy Accents to the eyes and the balloon. I love to use Glossy Accents especially on balloon images. I adhered the background to a white cardbase, with foam tape.
I finally stamped the sentiment using Violet's ABC's from Lawn Fawn.

The invitations are ready to send out.

WISHING YOU TONS OF FUN (3)
I have a friend who loves elephant and she happens to celebrate her birthday later this month. I created this card for her using the Jungle Friends dies from My Favorite Things.
I started by die cutting the two elephants and their ears. I used grey cardstock and also pattern paper. The pattern paper is from the 6x6 paper pad from Pebbles, by Jen Hadfield. I adhered the ears onto the elephants.
For the background I wanted to create my own pattern using a stencil. I used the Cascading Scallop stencil from My Favorite Things and used Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I used a heavier hand on the spot I wanted the elephants and a lighter hand towards the top and left side of the card.
I stamped the sentiment, from the Adorable Elephants stamp set by My Favorite Things, in Manatee Ink by Lawn Fawn. I added a piece of twine to the left side of the card and tied it into a small bow. I adhered the elephants with foam tape.
As a finishing touch I rouned off the top right corner with the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper and my card is finished.

FOR YOU (4)
For the Lawnscaping Challenge, which had patterns as a task, I created this card using the Hearts dies from Lawn Fawn.
I took one of the heart dies and die cut this one sixteen times with my Cuttlebug. I choose four different Distress Ink colors to blend the hearts with. I used Evergreen Bough, Worn Lipstick, Wild Honey and Shaded Lilac. I just love this combination of colors.
I adhered the hearts onto a square white cardbase and used foam squares to stick them down. For the sentiment I used the Oh Happy Day stamp set from Avery Elle. I heat embossed the sentiment with Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder from Wow, onto some black cardstock. I fussy cut the sentiment and added it flat to the card.
For some extra interest, I added glitter to all the hearts using the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen. I also rounded off all the corners with the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper.
