WISH UPON THE BRIGHTEST STAR (3)

For this encouragement card, I used the Bookworm stamp set from Mama Elephant.

I took a Fog cardbase and masked off a square. I ink blended this square with Shaded Lilac and Blueprint Sketch Oxide Inks. For the rest of the background, I used Hickory Smoke Distress Ink and the Brick Wall stencil from My Favorite Things. I used a frame, from the Magic Picture Changer Add-On die set, to die cut a window from Woodgrain cardstock.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Pig + worm: E00 - E11 - E04
Books: V01 - V12 - V04/ B41 - B45/ R32 - R35/ BG18 - BG72/ C0

I fussy cut the images and added everything to my cardbase. I added some stars (from Wish Upon a Star, by Mama Elephant) and stamped them in Sunflower Ink and Carrot Ink.

I stamped the sentiment in Forget-Me-Not Ink and added dots to the window scene, with a white gelly roll pen.

I really love this scene, I always enjoy coloring the books in this set.

MAKE A WISH UPON THE BRIGHTEST STAR (2)

For this sweet card, I used the Wish Upon a Star stamp set from Mama Elephant.

I took some Moonstone cardstock for the background. I ink blended clouds onto it, using the Clouds stencil from My Favorite Things. I used Chipped Sapphier and Dusty Concord Distress Inks.

I stamped and heat embossed some stars, using white embossing powder from Lawn Fawn.

I stamped the images with Antique Linen Distress Ink and did some no-line coloring using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Bunny: 076 - Medium Beige + 072 - Beige/ 201 - Pink Haze + 026 - Light Pink
Moon: 050 - Yellow + 055 - Pale Yellow
Star: 052 - Bright Yellow + 050 - Yellow
Clouds: 302 - Haze Blue

I fussy cut the images and adhered them to the cloudy background. I stamped the sentiment in Blueprint Sketch Oxide Ink.

I love this cloudy look!

MAKE A WISH UPON THE BRIGHTEST STAR (1)

For this card, I used the Wish Upon a Star stamp set from Mama Elephant.

I wanted to layer some cloud borders. I used the Puffy Cloud Borders from Lawn Fawn and die cut one of the borders four times. I ink blended the edges using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. I also I used it for the background.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Bunnies: E41 - E43/ R83 - RV10
Clouds + Wings: B00 - 0
Moon: YR21 - Y38
Stars: Y11 - Y06
Bird: R01 - R22 - R35

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the settiment in Hippo Ink.

These images in this set are so super adorable. It's great to use on sweet birthday cards. I think I will someday also use it on a sympathy card.
