HAPPY HAUNTING (6)

I created this fun Halloween card, using the pumpkins from Pick of the Patch stamp set and the accessories from tha Booyah stamp set. All from Lawn Fawn.

For the background I used three Distress Oxide Inks: Salty Ocean, Prize Ribbon and Black Soot. The panel was die cut with the Large Mini Slimline Stackables.

I die cut a hill using the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders dies and Cilantro cardstock. I ink blended the bottom of the hill with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors:

Pumpkins: Y17 - YR38 - YR16 - YR07

Frankenstein wig: YG07 - G07 - G28/ V22 - V25 - BV17

Pumpkin guts: Y15 - Y17/ E41 - E43 - E44

Witch's hat: V22 - V25 - BV17/ YG07 - G07 - G28/ Y15 - Y17

Wings: V22 - V25 - BV17

Treat bag: YR16 - YR68

Broom: V22 - V25 - BV17/ E41 - E43 - E44

I die cut and fussy cut the images. I also stamped the little spider and speech bubble twice, to add to my scene. I assembled the card and heat embossed the sentiment to the sky. I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.

YAPPY BIRTHDAY (1)

I created this dog-themed birthday card, using several Lawn Fawn stamp sets: Pawsome Birthday, Yappy Birthday, Yappy Birthday Add-On and Furry & Bright.

For the background I used Vanilla Malt cardstock. I took the Confetti Stencils to blend on this piece of cardstock. I used Deep Sea Ink and Cranberry Ink, both Lawn Fawn inks. And I used Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink as well.

I added a strip of Favorite Flannel pattern paper to the bottom. It matches the background perfectly.

I stamped all the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used:

Dogs: E41 - E43 - E44/ E71 - E74 - E77/ E31 - E33 - E35

Banners + balloons: + party hats + present: Y15 - Y17 - YR15/ R27 - R59/ B24 - B26 - B39

Bone: E41 - E43 - E44/ B24 - B26 - B39

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I used a banner die to die cut from Blue Jay cardstock. I stamped an heat embossed the sentiment onto this banner. As a finishing touch I used my white gel pen to add highlights to the images.

IT'S YOUR DAY (3)

Interactive dies have always intimitated me, but the new Ta Da! Diorama die from Lawn Fawn is not as difficult to assemble as I thought. I used it together with the Wild Wolves and Wolf Before 'n Afters stamp sets.

I started by die cutting the Ta Da! Diorama elements. I used Woodgrain cardstock, Favorite Flannel pattern paper and Spiffier Speckles pattern paper. I also used the Ta Da! Diorama Hilsside Inserts. These were die cut from Cilantro cardstock and I ink blended them with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink.

I assembled the elements and you only need a little adhesive. You can see how to assemble it clicking on THIS LINK for the intro video for the die set.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used:

Wolves: W3 - W5 - W7/ W0 - W3

Tree: E31 - E33 - E35

Moon: YR30 - YR31 - YR21

Bird: C5 - C7/ YR30 - YR31 - YR21

I die cut the images and added them to the scene. I added the entire thing to a card base. I stamped the sentiment on a banner, that comes with the die set, and die cut it from No. 2 Pencil cardstock.

I think this is an easy-to-use die set, which doesn't take too much work.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN (19)

Today is the release date for the Fall/ Winter release for Lawn Fawn. I think I can add this Wild Wolves stamp set from Lawn Fawn to my list of all-time favorites, so I decided to share my first card that I made with their newest releases. I also used the new Spooky Forest Background die set. Which I also absolutely love.

I die cut the Spooky Forest Backdrop from Black Licorice Ink. I wanted to create a purple Halloween sky. I used the Nighttime Sky stencil and three Distress Oxide Inks: Milled Lavender, Dusty Concord and Villainous Potion.

I added splatter using white and silver watercolors. I also added black splatter, using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink.

I ink blended the moon using Jellyfish and Manatee Ink.

I stamped the images. I also used the Fangtastci Friends stamp set. Here are all the Copic Markers I used:

Wolves: W0 - W3/ W3 - W5 - W7/ RV10

Bats: V22 - V25 - B79

Rock: E41 - E43 - E44

Spider: C5 - C7

Bird: C5 - C7/ YR21 - YR23

I die cut all the images and assembled the card. The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder. I added highlights to the images with a white gel pen.

I just love these cute wolves. The first wolves stamp Lawn Fawn has released. And since wolves are amongst my favorite animals, I really love this set soooo much!

GOODIE BAG (11)

There is a new challenge at the Lawn Fawnatics Blog and it's 3D projects this time. i made a goodie bag, using the Goodie Bag die and the Ocean Shell-Fie stamp set.

I die cut the goodie bag from mermaid cardstock. I used the Bubbles Stencil to blend bubbles, using Merman Ink. I added highlights with a white gel pen.

I trimmed two strips of Kraft cardstock and splatted watercolor onto them. These will be the sand on both sides of the goodie bag.

I stamped the images for the goodie bag. Here are all the Copic Markers I used for coloring:

Octopus: V22 - V25/ YR30 - YR31

Jellyfish: V22 - V25/ BG11 - BG13/ YR-2 - YR61/ YR30 - YR31

Fish: BG11 - BG13/ YR02 - YR61/ R22 - R35

Clam: YR30 - YR31/ YR02 - YR61

Rock: W0 - W2 - W3 - W5

Seaweed: YR30 - YR31/ R22 - R35

Bubbles: BG11 - BG13

Starfish: V22 - V25/ YR02 - YR61

I assembled the bag and added all the elements to both sides of the goodie bag. I added white highlights to the images with my gel pen. I took some tissue paper to add inside the bag.

HELLO FRIEND! IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY! (2)

I created this autumn themed birthday card, using the Let's Go nuts stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I also used Pick of the Patch and Tree Before 'n After.

Fot he background, I used Distress Oxide Inks in the colors Broken China and Prize Ribbon. I die cut the Stitched Hillside Borders from No. 2 Pencil and Canned Pumpkin. I used Spiced Marmalade and Aged Mahogany Distress Oxide Inks to blend.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors I used:

Squirrels: E31 - E33 - E35/ E04

Nuts: E11 - E04/ E71 - E74 - E79

Leaves: Y21 - Y26/ Y15 - Y17/ Y38 - YR68/ R27 - R59

I fussy cut and die cut the images. I assembled the card and stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.

BOOK MARK (6)

I created an ocean themed book mark and it's featured on the Lawn Fawn blog today. I used the Ocean Shell-Fie stamp set together with Den Sweet Den.

For the base of the book mark, I used the Large Mini Slimline Stackables. I die cut it from Watercolor Wishes paper. I added a Stitched Hillside Border to the bottom, die cut from Kraft cardstock.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is everything I used:

Jellyfish: RV32 - RV34/ B24 - B26

Fish: YG00 - YG03/ RV32 - RV34

HAVE A HAPPY FALL (1)

Fall is near. Can you tell I'm done with Summer :D I created this very simple fall card, using the Simply Celebrate Fall stamp set and the Fall Leaves Bakground Stencils.

I used some Sticky Note cardstock as my background. For stenciling the leaves, I used five Distress Oxide Inks: Spiced Marmalade, Rustic Wilderness, Gathered Twigs, Candied Apple and Fossilized Amber.

The row of pumpkins was colored with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Pumpkins: Y38 - YR68/ Y21 - Y26/ G82 - G85/ E74 - 79

I die cut the pumpkins and added it to my stenciled background. The sentiment was stamp and heat embossed onto Paperbag cardstock. I trimmed it to a strip and added it to my background ad well.

I used a white gel pen to add higlights to the pumpkins and rounded off the bottom corners.

YOU ARE SUCH A DEER (1)

Today is the start of a new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge and the theme is "Into the Woods". I decided to use the Simply Celebrate More Critters stamp set. Because there is a row of forest critters in this set, which is perfect for this challenge.

For the background I used a piece of Mermaid cardstock. I ink blended the top edges with Merman Ink. I used the Birch Tree Stencils and Yeti Ink to ink blend the trees to the background.

For the grass, I trimmed a strip of Cilantro cardstock. I ink blended the bottom with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. I also used images from A Bug Deal, You Goat This and Toadally Awesome. Here are all the Copic Markers that I used on this card:

Deer: E57 - E79/ E41 - E43/ E11 - E04

Squirrels: E31 - E33 - E35

Bear: E71 - E74 - E79/ E41 - E43

Hedgehog: E11 - E04/ E57 - E79

I die cut and fussy cut the images. I assembled the card. I stamped the little sentiments into the speech bubbles. I also added some white highlights to the images, using a gel pen.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY (70)

I created a birthday card using the Build-a-Drink die set from Lawn Fawn. I wanted to make a lime and mint drink.

For the background I used Fruit Salad pattern paper and Woodgrain cardstock.

I die cut the images from white cardstock and colored all the elements with Copic Makers. That is my current favorite way to make these die cut cards. Here are all the colors I used:

Glass/ drink: YG00 - YG03/ E71 - E74 - E77

Lime: YG00 - YG03
