There is a new challenge on the Lawn Fawnatics blog and this time we have to make the sentiment the star. And I really love doing that, creating this big sentiment and the scene around it. I used the Ho-Ho-Holidays stamp set together with the Holiday Helpers set from Lawn Fawn.
For the sky, I used Salty Ocean and Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Inks. For the snowy hill I used Sparkle Cardstock.
The sentiment was die cut from Chili Pepper cardstock, using Oliver's Stitched ABCs. I ink blended the bottom of the letters with Aged Mahogany Distress Ink, to create an ombre effect.
I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used;
Santa: R46 - R59/ Y15 - Y17/ C0 - C3/ E57 - E29/ E000 - E00
Mrs. Claus: R46 - R59/ C0 - C3/ E57 - E29/ E000 - E00/ BG000
Elves: R46 - R59/ G14 - G07 - G28/ Y15 - Y17/ E57 - E29/ E000 - E00
Sled: Y15 - Y17/ C0 - C3/ E41 - E43 - E44 - E47
Reindeer: E57 - E29/ E41 - E43 - E44/ E000 - E00/ E04
Sack: E57 - E29/ G14 - G07 - G28
Presents: R46 - R59/ G14 - G07 - G29/ C0 - C3
Cookies: C0 - C3/ E57 - E29
List: E41 - E43
I die cut and fussy cut the images. I used a white gel pen to add highlight to the images and letters.
