LIFE'S A PICNIC (3)

There is a new Lawn Fawnatics challenge on their blog and the theme is: Fun with food. I decided to use their new Crazy Antics stamp set for this.

I die cut some watercolor cardstock with the Large Slimline die and also die cut a piece of Cilantro cardstock with this die. This will be the grass. For the sky I used the CLoudy stencil from My Favorite Things and Salty Ocean Distress Ink for blending.

I stamped the sentiment and the inside of 'picnic' was stamped with Wild Rose Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Mice: E31 - E35/ E00 - E11
Ants: W3 - W5 - W7
Picnic basket: E25 - W29/ E31 - E35
Sandwich: E31 - E35/ Y08 - Y17/ YG07 - YG13/ R32 - R35
Melon: W5 - W7/ R32 - R35/ YG07 - YG13
Cheese: Y08 - Y17
Soda: YG07 - YG13/ R32 - R35/ W0 - W3
Chips: Y08 - Y17/ B24 - B26
Blanket: R32 - R35

I die cut all the images with my Cuttlebug and assembled the card. I adhered the panel onto a larger Slimline piece of Hello Sunshine Remix paper. As a finishing touch I added dots and highlights with a white gelly roll pen.
