IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY, LET'S GO NUTS! (1)

Today I'm featured on the Lawn Fawnatic Blog with this fall themed birthday card. I used the Let's Go Nuts stamp set, together with the Acorn House die set. 




I die cut a piece of watercolor cardstock using the Large Slimline with Sliders die. I took the Grassy Stencil and used Crushed Olive Distress Ink to add a grass border. For the sky I used Abandoned Coral, Wild Honey and Mustard Seed Distress Ink. 




I stamped the sentiment in Doe Ink.

I stamped all the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used: 
Squirrels: E31 - E35
Leaves: E25 - E29/ G43 - G46/ R35 - R39/ Y08 - Y17
Acorns: E25 - E29/ E00 - E21
Rake: C0 - C3/ E25 - E29
Kart: G43 - G46/ C0 - C3/ E25 - E29/ C5
Scarfs: G43 - G46/ R35 - R39
Branch: E25 - E29

I fussy cut all the images. I die cut all the elements I want to use for the Acorn House. I used the following cardstocks: Chocolate Bar, Kraft, No. 2 Pencil, Fake Tan, Cilantro and Chili Pepper. I assembled the house and added this and the images all the ink blended background.

MERRY CHRISTMAS (20)

For this Christmas card, I used the Car Critters stamp set and the Car Critters Christmas Add-On stamp set from Lawn Fawn.



For the scene, I used the Stitched Mountain Borders die set. I ink blended the borders with Iced Spruce and Black Soot Distress Inks. 

For the road I used Vintage Photo Distress Ink. For the sky I used Broken China and Cracked Pistachio Oxide Inks. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and added dots with my white gelly roll pen, to make it look like snow. 



I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Deer: E25 - E29/ E000 - E00 - E21/ W3 - W5
Bear: W3 - W5
Car: B63 - B66/ Y08 - Y17/ R14 - R27/ W3 - W5
Presents: Y08 - Y17/ R14 - R27/ B24 - B26/ G43 - G46
Wreath: G43 - G46/ R14 - R27
Trees: G43 - G46/ E25 - E29



I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I used my white gelly roll pen again to add highlights and dots.

TRICK OR TREAT, TREATS OF COURSE! (3)

Today is the start of a new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. And the theme is "Halloween/ Fall Inspiration". This is right up my alley. I created this Halloween card combining the Happy Howloween stamp set, Costume Party stamp set and Spooky Village stamp set together.




For the sky, I ink blended with Dusty Concord and Blueprint Sketch Oxide Inks. I created a hill, using Kraft cardstock and the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders die. I ink blended the edges using Vintage Photo Distress Ink.




I stamped the sentiment in Jet Black and Pumpkin Spice Inks. 

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used:
Mummy: C0 - C3/ E00 - E21 - E04 
Dog: E31 - E35/ C0 - C3 
House: E31 - E35/ E25 - E29/ G43 - G46/ B63 - B66/ Y08 - Y17
Tree:  E31 - E35
Tombstones: C0 - C3 - C5/ G43 - G46
Moon + treat bags: Y08 - Y17




I fussy cut and die cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the word 'eeek' and some bats into the sky to finish it off. I used a white gelly roll pen for highlights and dots on the images.

HAVE A MAGICAL HALLOWEEN (1)

It's witching hour! I created a witch themed Halloween card using a bunch of Lawn Fawn stamp sets: Christmas Dreams, Costume Party, Pick of the Patch, Keep on Swimming, Rub-a-Dub-Dub and Fox Costumes Before 'n After.



For the background I used a piece of Fall Fling pattern paper. I used Woodgrain cardstock for the 'floor'. 



I stamped all the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Witch: W3 - W5 - W7/ E00 - E02 - E04/ B63 - B66
Cat: W3 - W5 - W7/ B63 - B66
Brooms: E25 - E29/ E21 - E04
Cauldron: W3 - W5 - W7
Fireplace: W3 - W5 - W7/ E25 - E29/ E21 - E04/ W2 - W5/ B63 - B66/ YR07 - YR15/ G43 - G46
Pumpkins: YR07 - YR15/ G43 - G46
Bubbles: YG00 - YG03
Rug: G43 - G46
Candle: W3 - W5 - W7/ YR15 - YR07/ B63 - B66
Spoon: W2 - W5



I die cut or fussy cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment, using white embossing powder from Lawn Fawn. 



To finish it off, I used my white gelly roll pen to add dots and highlights.

FLEECE NAVIDAD (2)

One of the My Favorite Things stamp sets I come back to each year is the Happy Llamadays. I just love those llama images. I created this Christmas card with two of the images that come with the set. 



For the background I used a Mermaid cardbase. I ink blended the top edges with Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink. I wanted a bit more for the background, so I used the new Snowflake Trio Stencil from Lawn Fawn and Yeti Ink to add some snowflakes. And I love the look of it. 

For the ground, I used Kraft cardstock, which I die cut with the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. I added splatter to it with Ground Espresso Distress Ink.



I stampe two llamas and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Llamas: E25 - E29/ E000 - E00 - E21 - E04/ W3 - W5/ Y08 - Y17
Blankets + presents: R14 - R27 - R39/ B12 - B14/ Y08 - Y17/ G07 - G14

I fussy cut the images and added everything to my cardbase. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment onto a piece of Chili Pepper cardstock, which was die cut with the Fancy Folded Banner die from Lawn Fawn.



As a finishing touch I added dots and highlights to the images.

SEASON'S GREETINGS (6)

One of my favorite holiday sets from Mama Elephant is Holiday Bitties. I love all those Christmas themed images. I used it for this card. 



I took a Kraft cardbase, with I added gold splatter too. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment onto a piece of Chili Pepper cardstock, using the Gold embossing powder from Ranger. I adhered it to the cardbase.



I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:
Sweaters: G43 - G46/ B24 - B26/ R14 - R27/ Y08 - Y17
Mugs: B24 - B26/ R14 - R27/ Y08 - Y17
Trees: G43 - G46/ Y08 - Y17/ E31 - E35
Gifts: G43 - G46/ B24 - B26/ R14 - R27/ Y08 - Y17
Ornaments: C0/ B24 - B26/ R14 - R27/ Y08 - Y17



I fussy cut all the images and added them to my cardbase with foam tape. I used a white gelly roll pen to add highlights. 

I did a similar card a few years back, using only the sweaters. I always loved that look, so I decided to something like that again. And I love this one too.

FALALA (5)

For this slimline Christmas card, I used the Snow Globe Bitties from Mama Elephant. I also used the Large Slimeline with Sliders die set from Lawn Fawn.



For the background, I used the Shifter Mint Layering stencil from Tim Holtz and Abandoned Coral Oxide Ink. I overlyaed a piece of Sage Leaf cardstock.



I stamped three snow globes and added images on the inside. I colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used: 
Snow globes: E25 - E29/ B00 - BG000 - BG01
Tree: G43 - G46/ Y08 - Y17
Fireplace: E31 - E35/ E25 - E29/ W2 - W3 - W5/ W3 - W5 -W 7/ G43 - G46/ R14 - R27/ Y08 - Y17/ B24 - B26
Nutcracker: E21 - E04/ R14 - R27/ Y08 - Y17/ W5 - W7
Present: Y08 - Y17/ R14 - R27/ B24 - B26

Wreath: G43 - G46/ R14 - R27



I fussy cut all the images. I die cut the word falala, using the Falala Script die and Metallic Gold cardstock. I assembled the card and added highlights with a white gelly roll pen.
