HOPPY MOTHER'S DAY (1)

I created a Mother's Day card with the Kanga-Rific stamp set from Lawn Fawn. A set I absolute love. I also used its add-on set. 

For the background, I used some stencils to create a scene: Grassy Stencil + Mountain Stencil. I used the following Distress Oxide Inks to blend the scene elements: Twisted Citron, Lucky Clover, Tattered Rose, Tea Dye, Gathered Twigs and Tumbled Glass. I added splatter with Gathered Twigs. With this stenciling, I created only one layer. 

I stamped all the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors I used:

Kangaroos: E31 - E33 - E35

Trees: E57 - E29/ YG00 - YG03 - YG13

Bird: E41 - E43/ BG13/ Y06 - Y15

Lizards: BG11 - BG13/ Y17 - YR16

Rocks: W0 - W3 -W5

Grass: YG00 - YG03 - YG13

Flowers: YG00 - YG03 - YG13/ Y06 - Y15

Butterflies: Y06 - Y15

Sign: C0 - C3/ Y06 - Y15

I die cut all the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. I used a white gel pen to add highlights, I stamped the sentiment at the top of the card.

HOPE YOUR DAY IS FILLED WITH FUN (3)

For this farm-themed card, I used the Hay There, Hayrides stamp set, together with the newest add on set Hay There, Hayrides Bunny Add-On. 

I die cut a piece of watercolor cardstock with the Large Mini Slimline Stackables. I also die cut a piece of Narwhal cardstock, which I splattered with Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink. From Cilantro cardstock I die cut a Grassy Border, which I ink blended with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink. 

I ink blended the sky using a cloud stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink. And I die cut a piece of white Woodgrain cardstock with the new Little Farm Fence Border.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers;

Tractor: G82 - G85/ C3 - C5 - C7/ C0 - C3/ B41 - B45

Bunnies: W0 - W3 - W5/ E02/ E33 - E35/ E41 - E43/ W5 - W7

Carrots: Y17 - YR68/ G82 - G85

Karts: C3 - C5 - C7/ C0 - C3/ G82 - G85/ E57 - R79

Sign: E31 - E33 - E35

Hay: YR23 - Y26

I die cut all the images and assembled the card I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images. I stamped the sentiment in Carrot Ink (if that isn't the perfect color, I don't know what is).

HOPE YOUR DAY BLOOM WITH HAPPINESS (3)

Today is the start of a new challenge at the Lawn Fawnatics Blog The theme is "Spring Fling". I decided to create a scene using the Garden Before 'n After set with the Berry Special stamp set. 

For the sky I ink blended Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks together. I die cut the Grassy Border and inked it with Lucky Clover and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used: 

Mouse: W0 - W3 - W5/ R05 - R27/ B24 - B26/ E11 - E04

Flowers: G82 - G85/ YG00 - YG03/ Y15 - Y17/ Y38 - YR68/ R05 - R27/ BG11 - BG13/ V22 - V25

Flower pots: YR38 - YR68/ R05 - R27/ B24 - B26  

Bee; Y15 - Y17/ BG11 - BG13

Watering can: V22 - V25

Seeds; Y15 - Y16/ G82 - G85

I die cut the images. I also die cut letters from Sunflower cardstock, using Henry's ABCs die set. I ink blended the bottom of each letter with Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink. 

I assembled the card. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. I added highlights to the images using a white gel pen.

I created a home-office themed birthday card, made with the Virtual Friends and Virtual Friends Add-On stamp sets from Lawn Fawn. 

For the 'wallpaper' I used What's Sewing On pattern paper. I added Woodgrain cardstock to the bottom, the be the floor. 

I used th Window Frame die to cut a window from Woodgrain Cardstock. I will layer the scene from the Window Scene: Spring stamp set behind this.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used:

I die cut the images ans assembled the card. I added the little sentiment to the computer screen. I used a white gel pen to add highlights.

THIS CARD IS SCENT WITH LOVE (1)

For this Valentine's Day/ love themed card, I used used the Scent with Love and its add-on set, both from Lawn Fawn. 

For the background I used Speckled Eggshell cardstock. I took the Conversation Hearts Stencils and ink blended the hearts with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. The words were ink blended with Aged Mahogany Distress Ocide Ink. 

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Skunks: W3 - W5 - W7/ E11 - E04

Bow: R01 - R22

Banner + flower: R01 - R22/ R32 - R35 - R37 - R39

Balloon: R32 - R35 - R37 - R39

Cupcake: E55 - E57/ R32 - R35 - R37 - R39/ R01 - R22

Scent: E41 - E43

I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I added a strip of Paperbag cardstock with the sentiment heat embossed onto it with white embossing powder. 

I added some highlights with a white gel pen as a finishing touch and I rouned the top left and bottom right corners.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY (2)

I'm on the Lawn Fawn blog today with this Valentine's Day card. I used the Wood You Be Mine? stamp set. 

For the background I used Speckled Eggshell cardstock. I took the Heart Wreath Stencils and ink blended this onto the background using Clover, Celery Stick and Wild Rose Lawn Fawn Inks. 

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Beavers: E31 - E33 - E35/ E29 - E57

Hearts + bow: R32 - R35

Grass: G24 - G28

Log: E71 - E74 - E79

I die cut the images and added the images to the ink blended background. I had already stamped the sentiment onto the heart that the beavers ar gnawing on.

YOU OCTOPI MY THOUGHTS (1)

I'm on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today with this interactive slide card, using Ocean Shell-Fie. 

I die cut the Slide On Over Maze die from a piece of Watercolor Wishes paper. I'm going to layer this over a piece of All the Dots paper. 

I stamped all the images and colored them with Copic Markers:

Octopus: BG11 - BG13/ V06 - V09

Jellyfish: B24 - B26/ V22 - V25

Fish: B24 - B26/ V22 - V25/ YG00 - YG03

Clam: V22 - V25/ V06 - V09

Bubbles: BG11 - BG13

Seaweed: B24 - B26/ YG00 - YG03

Rocks: W0 - W3 - W5

Camera: W3 - W5 - W7/ BG11 - BG13/ V06 - V09/ YG00 - YG03

I die cut all these images and assembled the card. I added some extra foam to a penny and the jellyfish, this is the image that is going to move through the maze. 

I used a white gel pen to add some hightlights. 

I'm super happy with this card.

I LIKE YOU A WAFFLE LOT (2)

This Lawn Fawnatics Challenge is all about interactive cards. That always intimidates me a bit, but I'm always happy when have achieved making one. I decided to go for a pull-tab card this time. I used the Let's Toast stamp set and the A Waffle Lot stamp set. 

For the background I used some Hello Sunshine Remix paper, from the paperpad. I added a piece of Fog cardstock to the bottom. 

I started by stamping and coloring all the images I wanted to use. Here is a list of all the colors I used:

Waffles + crumbs: E53 - E55 - E57

Toaster: C0 - C3/ R81 - R83 - R85

Butter: Y31 - Y21 - Y26

Knife + fork: C0 - C3

I die cut the images. I also die cut the slot and the all the pull tab elements. I assembled the card and added the sentiment at the top, which was stamped onto a piece of Vanilla Malt cardstock, using Bubblegum Ink. As a finishing touch I added some highlights with a gel pen.

The Really High Five stamp set from Lawn Fawn is one I haven't used in a while. I combined it with the All the Clouds stamp set and Radiant Heart Backdrop die. 

I die cut the Radiant Heart Backdrop from watercolor cardstock. I ink blended the entire panel with Salty Ocean. I layered the outside edges with Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers:

Bear: E57 - E29/ E31 - E33/ E11 - E04

Bunny: E11 - E04/ C0 - C3

Balloons + hearts: RV32 - RV34

Clouds: W0 - W3

I layered the die cut backgrond onto a piece of Spiffier Speckles pattern paper. I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I stamped the word YAY into the biggest balloon. 

As a finishing touch I added highlights with a white gel pen.

I created this fun love/ friendship-themed card using the Berry Special stamp set from Lawn Fawn. 

For the background I did some clouds, using a cloud stencil and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink. I die cut grass using the Grassy Border. For the blending I used Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Inks. 

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors:

Strawberries: R32 - R35 - R37/ G24 - G28

I die cut all the images. I also die cut the Giant XOXO die from Raspberry cardstock. The sentiment was stamped on Vellum and heat embossed with white embossing powder. 

I assembled the card, added the swirly line behind the bee, in Manatee Ink. I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.
