HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU (7)

For this simple birthday card, I used the I Like Naps and Hang in There stamp sets together.

For the background, I used a Kraft colored cardbase and ink blended with Crushed Olive and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Inks, using the Tropical Leaves Background Stencils.

I die cut a piece of Ground Coffee with the Stitched Woodgrain Backdrop die. I then die cut the Giant Happy Birthday to You from this piece of cardstock.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used:

Sloths: E41 - E43 - E44/ W5 - W7/ E00 - E21 - E25

Branches: E57 - E29

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I added highlights to the banches with a white gell pen.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU (6)

I'm on the Lawn Fawn Blog today with this jungle card. I used the Toucan Do It stamp set and Giant Happy Birthday To You die.

For the background, I did some ink blending, using Picked Raspberry, Ripe Persimmon and Mustard Seed Distress Inks.

For the border, I used the Slimline Tropical Leaves Border die. I die cut it from Cilantro cardstock and ink blended it with Lucky Clover Oxide Ink.

I die cut the word die from Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Leopard: YR21 - YR23/ E57 - E29/ C3 - C5 - C7

Toucan: C3 - C5 - C7/ E000 - E00/ Y38 - YR68/ Y15 - Y17

Leaves + lizard: YG13 - YG07 - YG09 - G28

Butterflies: RV14 - RV17/ Y15 - Y17/ Y38 - YR68

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I added highlights to the images with a white gel pen.

THANK YOU (7)

I decided to make a lift-the-flap type of card with the Toucan Do It stamp set.

For the front panel, with the flaps, I used the Tropical Leaves Background Stencils and ink blended with Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover Oxide Inks. I also added splatter to the background with Lucky Clover.

I die cut the Peek-a-Boo Backdrop from this stenciled panel. I used the flaps for all the windows.

For the background I used the same two Oxide Inks and ink blended the entire panel.

I stamped the sentiment under one of the flaps.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY (59)

A new challenge has started at the Lawn Fawnatics Blog and the theme is 3D. I really don't like making 3D cards at all, I don't have any dies either to create a pop-up card o something similar. So I did something different. I used the Stitched Rainbow die for it.

I die cut all the colors of the rainbow, using Lawn Fawn cardstock: Chili Pepper, Fake Tan, Sunflower, Cilantro and Peacock. I used the Outside In Stitched Thought Bubble Stackables die set to add clouds as a base for the raibow.

I used small strips of cardstock to add to the bottom back of the rainbow. I glued it on there. This way you can lay it flat to send it in an envelope and when you take it out, it stands up right.

HAVE A WILD DAY! (3)

I created a slimline jungle themed card. I used a lot of Lawn Fawn stamp sets to make this scene, but the main one is Toucan Do It.

For the background I used Wild Honey and Squeezed Lemonade Oxide Inks. I trimmed a strip of Kraft cardstock and added some watercolor splatter to this strip. This is the ground.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

HAVE A WILD DAY! (2)

I'm on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today with this birthday card, that was inspired by the card sketch we got for this challenge. I used the Toucan Do It stamp set, Tropical Leaves die set and Tropical Leaves Background stencils.

For the background, I used Sticky Note cardstock. I ink blended with Mustard Seed Distress Ink and Spiced Marmalade Oxide Ink. I kept the orange color to the middle and tried to create a diagonal, like on the sketch.

I die cut the flower from Cilantro cardstock, Noble Fir cardstock and Rainforest cardstock. I ink blended with Lucky Clover Oxide Ink, Pine Needles Distress Ink adn Black Soot Distress Ink.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers Here are the colors I used:

Toucan: C3 - C5 - C7/ YR16 - R08/ Y15 - Y17

Lizard: Y15 - Y17/ BG53 - BG57

Butterflies: YR16 - R08/ Y15 - Y17/ R05 - R46

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I trimmed a piece of Raspberry cardstock and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.

EVERYTHING IS S'MORE FUN WITH FRIENDS (1)

It's time for another new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge and we have a cards sketch as inspiration. For me those are always the hardest challenges, but not less fun! I used the S'More the Merrier stamp set and Build-a-Campsite die set for this card.

For the background I used a piece of Kraft cardstock. I masked off a diagonal stripe and added splatter to it with white and dark brown watercolors.

I die cut the tent elements, using Peacock cardstock, Mermaid cardstock and Perfectly Plaid Chill pattern paper. The Mermaid cardstock was ink blended with Broken China Oxide Ink.

I stamped the images from S'More the Merrier and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used;

Fox: E31 - E33 - E35/ E000 - E00

Hedgehog: E000 - E00/ E57 - E29

Fire: E57 - E29/ Y15 - Y17/ Y38 - YR04/ YR16 - R08

S'More: E25 - E29/ E41 - E43/ E53 - E55 - E57

Moon: Y15 - Y17

Marshmallow: E41 - E43/ E57 - E29

I die cut all the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment in Carrot Ink and Sunflower Ink, onto a white strip of cardstock.

I'M REALLY ROOTING FOR YOU (2)

I used the I Dig You stamp set from Clearly Besotted for this encouragement card.

I used Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper for the background. I added a strip of Kraft cardstock to the bottom to act as the 'ground' for the critters to stand on.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers. Here is a list of all the colors I used for coloring:

Moles: C3 - C5 - C7/ E55 - E57

Koalas: C0 - C2 - C3/ C5 - C7

Squirrels: E31 - E33 - E35/ C3

I fussy cut the images and assembled the card.

I stamped the little lines under the jumping mole, to make it look like he is moving. I used Hippo ink for this. The sentiment was stamped in Versakine Onyx Black ink.

I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.

I die cut the Slimline Tropical Leaves Border twice, once from Cilantro cardstock and once from Noble Fir cardstock. I ink blended them with Lucky Cloverd Oxide Ink and Black Soot Distress Ink.

I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers. Here are all the colors I used;
