HAPPY BEE-DAY HONEY (1)

BINGO!!!! This new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge is super fun: a bingo card. Choose a line from left to right, top to bottom or a diagonal, and use these items/ prompts for your project. I used: stencil, heart, patterned paper, lawn cuts and stamp. I used the Hive Five stamp set for this fun bee-day card.

For the background, I tackled two of the items: stencil and heart. I used the Layered Hearts Background Stencils. I used three Distress Oxide Inks onto Sticky Note cardstock: Squeezed Lemonade, Dried Marigold and Fossilized Amber. The patterned paper at the bottom of the scene is from the Bitsy Bloom paperpad.

I stamped the images from Hive Five and colored them with Copic Markers:
Bees: Y02 - Y15 - Y17/ E57 - E29/ E31 - E35/ BG000 - B00
Hive: YR21 - YR23/ E57 - E29
Banners: E57 - E29/ E31 - E35
Honey: YR21 - YR23/ Y02 - Y15 - Y17/ E57 - E29
Honey dipper: E31 - E35
Flowers: Y02 - Y15 - Y17/ BG000 - B00/ YG61 - YG63

I die cut the images. I also die cut the word "honey" from No. 2 Pencil cardstock, using the Henry's ABCs die set.

I also stamped a little speech bubble, to complete the sentiment. I assembled the card and used a white gel pen to add highlights.

EVERY BUNNY NEEDS A FRIEND LIKE YOU! (1)

It's time for a new challenge a the Lawn Fawnatics Blog And this is one we've never done before: Critters abd hobbies. And Lawn Fawn has a tone of sets that represent hobbies: gardening, reading, crafting, bird watching, knitting, sowing, gaming, you name it. I chose painting and used the new Build-a-Bunny die set. I combined the bunny with the Canvas and Easel die set and Art Supplies die set.

For the background I wanted some kind of splatter, so I used a piece of Spiffy Speckles pattern paper. I added a strip of Sunflower cardstock to the bottom, as the floor, to match the speckles on the background.

I die cut all the bunny and art supplies from white cardstock. I colored everythig with Copic Markers:
Bunny: W3 - W5/ C7/ E11 - E04/ Y15 - Y17/ R01 - R22
Easel + canvas: E57 - E29/ R14 - R46/ Y17 - YR04 - YR68/R01 - R22/ C0 - C2
Pallette: E53 - E55 - E57/ R01 - R22/ R14 - R46/ Y17 - YR04 - YR68
Brush: E53 - E55 - E57/ E57 - E29/ C2 - C3 - C5
Paint tube: C2 - C3 - C5/ Y17 - YR04 - YR68

I assembled the bunny, easel, brush, pallette and paint tube and added everything to my Spiffy Speckles panel. I added some white highlights and dots to the images with a white gel pen.

I stamped the sentiment in two Lawn Fawn Ink colors, making it look like an ombre effect: Wild Rose and Carrot Ink.

TOUCAN DO IT! (2)

Fot today's card, I sent the mice from the It's a Bird stamp set, on a jungle safari. I combined that set with the Toucan Do It stamp set and Car Critters stamp set.

For the background I first masked of one part of cardstock, because I wanted to create a sandy ground. I used Tattered Rose and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Inks. I then used the Grassy Border stencil and applied Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover Distress oxide Ink right above the 'sand'. For the sku I used a cloud stencil and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink.

I stamped all the images I wanted to used and used Copic Markers for coloring:
Leopards: E57 - E29/ W5 - W7/ Y21 - Y26
Mice: E43 - E44/ E11 - E04/ C5 - C7/ B91 - B95/ BG11/ YG61 - YG67
Branches: E31 - E33 - E35/ YG00 - YG03/ G07 - G28
Leaves: YG00 - YG03/ G07 - G28
Rock: W- - W3 - W5
Toucans: W3 - W5 - W7/ Y21 - Y26/ C0 - YR04 - YR68
Flwoers: R01 - R22/ R32 - R35/ Y21 - Y26
Car: C5 - C7/ C0 - C3/ Y21 - Y26/ B91 - B95/ YG61 - YG67

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images. The sentiment was stamped at the bottom right corner, because that was the only place I still had room for a sentiment. Otherwise I probably would have added a speech bubble fo some sort, I add the little text to the licence plate.

I'm so happy with how this card turned out I'm going to send this to my friend Sanne, who needs some encouragment for going to walk the Kennedy Mars (80 km) again, which we walked together last year. She is doing it again. Me, never ever ever again!

I die cut the Grassy Border from Cilantro cardstock and ink blended the blades with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink. I used Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink for the sky, which was blended with a cloud stencil.

I stamped the images and colored everything with Copic Markers:
Tree: E53 - E55 - E57/ R46 - R59/ YG09 - G28
Anne: E00 - E11/ R08 - E18 - E35/ B91 - B95

Basket: E57 - E29
Flowers: R01 - R22/ Y15 - Y17/ YG00 - YG03/ C0 - C3

I die cut the images and assembled the card. I stamped the sentiment and added highlights to the images with a white gel pen.

HOPPING BY TO SAY HOPPY MOTHER'S DAY (1)

I created this very cute bunny card for Mother's Day, using the Build-a-Bunny die set, the Build-a-Bunny Accessories die set and the Watering Can die set. All is from Lawn Fawn

For the background I used a piece of Spiffier Speckles paper. I die cut some Cilantro cardstock with the Meadow Borders die set. I ink blended the edges of the blades with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink.

I die cut all the bunny and watering can elements from white cardstock. I colored everything with Copic Markers. Here are all the markers I used;
Watering can: R32 - R35 - R37 - R39
Bunnies: E51 - E55 - E57/ E11 - E04/ C7/ B21 - B34/ R01 - R32
Carrots: G24 - G28/ Y17 - YR04 - YR68
Flowers: G24 - G46/ Y15 - Y17

I assembled the card and added highlights and dots to the die cut elements. I stamped a sentiment from Henry's Build-a-Sentiment: Bunny Puns and I used Forget-Me-Not Ink for this.

It turned out super cute, this is a card for my own mom.
